Annex - views of fields and forests

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, and enjoy the view of the hilly terrain, with the forest as your closest neighbor. In the kitchenette, which contains a refrigerator, two hotplates and a sink, you have the option to make breakfast and lunch. It feels as if the annex is located in rural surroundings, and yet it is within walking distance of the city center and beach. One of the annex's rooms serves as the Master bedroom. In the second, there is a sofa bed that, for an additional fee, can accommodate one/two extra guests.

Bo roligt i smukke omgivelser! Du vil bo i mit hyggelige gæstehus som er indrettet til 2 personer. Gæstehuset har the-køkken, spiseplads, eget badeværelse, en lille stue og adgang til have og overdækket terrasse med grill. Du kan nyde et glas vin under vinrankerne eller gå en tur til strand eller skov under 1 km herfra. Jeg bor i hovedhuset ved siden, så hvis du har spørgsmål eller ønsker er du altid velkommen til at banke på. Morgenmad kan reserveres og købes ved vores nabo restaurant.

Our "Guesthouse Guldsmed" is located in a small village between Ribe, Denmark's oldest and most beautiful town, and the stunning holiday island of Rømø (about 30 minutes away). It's approximately 45 minutes to the German border. Our small guesthouse features one bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a private entrance, and a combined living room and kitchen (with a two-burner induction cooktop) with a cozy corner. Guests are welcome to use the garden. Arrive... feel at home and relax...

VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the women's bicycle, which is included PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful country home. The home is located 20 minutes from Rømø, Ribe, Tønder and 30 minutes from the German border. Suitable for everyone, whether it's couples, friends or families. The house is located on a disused property, with its own driveway and outdoor area. There is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a swing and a sandbox for children. The outdoor area is being improved continuously.

Willkommen in der Heider Altstadtkoje! Du wohnst in einem liebevoll umgebauten ehemaligen Stallgebäude einer Stadtvilla von 1908 – ruhig und dennoch mitten in der Heider Altstadt. Cafés, Restaurants, Geschäfte und der Bahnhof sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Neu seit Juni 2026: hochwertige Betten mit individuell anpassbaren Airfect-Matratzen und komfortablen Kissen. Eine kleine Terrasse mit Strandkorb lädt zum Entspannen ein.

„Hyggelig am Deich“ Cottage under thatch

Welcome to the hygge thatched gem in a fantastic quiet location right on the dike with unique views of the Hallig world as well as a wonderful view of the bird sanctuary around Ockholm. The entire area is classified as an area with “special suitability for tourism and recreation” as well as a “sparsely populated, remote area.” After a few steps walking up the dike, you are in the nature reserve "Wadden Sea Nature Park."

The apartment has its own entrance and is located in connection with its own accommodation. There is a private terrace and parking.

We have renovated the premises in 2020, so they look nice. The premises consist of a family room, entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room on the 1st floor. Total approx. 90 m2. Large north-facing terrace with sun from the southwest and west. Access to a large lawn. There is a lockbox if we are not home when guests arrive.
