Great stay, easy to find, nice place to stay, the floor could use some work has lots of loose tiles. neighborhood seemed safe i loved the pit bull across the street seemed to be the guard dog for the area he was sweet. someone stayed with pets and they would bark the one night they stayed that wasnt fun. could use so more thorough cleaning human hair around the base of the headboard on the floor. cute place to stay, I would stay again.

The apartment was so cute and comfy. the only thing was the parking as we have a very low van, the door would hit the side walk... other than that it was a great place to stay. I will definitely keep this apartment in mind when we come back if the host decides to let us come back.

Great location and easily walkable to UNM, restaurants and grocery store. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay in one of Jimmy's properties again.

We had a great stay at Jason’s place! The spot was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for everything we needed. I especially appreciated the off-street parking—it made things so much easier. Jason has a great setup, and we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Albuquerque!

Had another great business trip in Albuquerque with my 2nd stay at Thomas’s Casita. Everything went well and Thomas was great as usual. He communicated well throughout my visit and has become a good friend. I look forward to my next visit.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The unit is a basement apartment located within 20 minutes of Albuquerque yet in a mountain setting, surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. It's minutes away from the ski resort and crest of the mountain with lots of hiking and biking options as well. The unit is tastefully decorated in a lodge theme with plenty of attention to detail. Brad was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay here next time we are in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Justin’s townhome. We were able to see hot air balloons every morning which was a nice little surprise. The house was the perfect fit for my family of 4 plus a friend. The area is close to Sawmill market (like walkable) and it was a cool little spot to see. Beds were comfortable. Justin was a very responsive host. I always felt safe in the neighborhood, the garage was nice but we were unable to use it bc we have a surburban. We enjoyed a couple evenings by the firepit. I would stay here again if we ever visit Albuquerque again.

I had a great stay at Bennie’s Airbnb and would absolutely book again. I visit Albuquerque often and have noticed his listing a few times—it’s usually unavailable during my visits, which speaks volumes. So if you’re reading this wondering whether to book, let me just say: it’s often booked for a reason! The bed was extremely comfortable, the space had a unique and inviting vibe, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. The laundry machines were modern and surprisingly efficient, the shower had great pressure and hot water, and the entire space was quiet—I didn’t hear anything out of the ordinary during my stay. Bennie clearly takes pride in maintaining a high-quality stay. Highly recommend.

Katey’s home is situated in a friendly nice neighborhood of Albuquerque. I stayed by myself, although her place offers two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms which is a huge plus! Very clean, very accommodating, I highly recommend. She was always very friendly and lovely to talk to.

Very charming & cozy home. Beds are very comfy and options for soft or firm pillows was the best touch. They even provide a white noise gizmo. Communication was easy & Abby was very helpful with recommendations. I would happily stay again.

Kristina was very responsive and accommodating for my stay on a short notice. The home is tastefully decorated and stocked with everything you might need for your stay, down to the coffee in the kitchen and the makeup towels in the bathrooms. Check-in was flexible and straightforward. Would gladly stay here again.

Eric's Casita is straight out of a Southwest fairytale! This was the most thoughtfully decorated and stocked Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The natural lighting was unreal, adding to the serenity of my stay. The linens were soft, the bed comfortable, and the chaise lounge a dream to read on. I imagine this place being even cozier in the colder seasons as there is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. You (and your pets) have to stay here if you're visiting Albuquerque! Close to Corrales, you get to explore a whole different side of the city, though Nob Hill and Old Town are just a skip and a hop away. Could not recommend this place more!

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood, private, and it's great to have a garage for your car! The condo is clean, you have what you need, and John is very friendly and responsive. This is my 2nd stay here, and I look forward to staying again next year! Thanks for letting us stay again, John! It is a lovely little home! 😁

ive lived in new mexico for a while but never in albuquerque. ive spent some time there, but staying downtown for a couple days gave me a chance to wander the streets aimlessly with my dog and see some of the streets differently than before. it was good. also cool to watch the street from six floors up. copper st. is an interesting one.

Everything was great! Jeanne and Jim were very attentive in all our communications and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Albuquerque, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, well-equipped place with excellent value.

Doug was an extraordinary host. Very responsive, accommodating and respectful. The unit was exactly as described, very clean. The area itself was nice and close to downtown. The experience with Doug made for a very relaxing vacation. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTELY!!
