Hotel holiday rentals in Northern Europe

Fred and Kelly were wonderful hosts and their house were absolutely charming! We are two friends who spent a total of 4 nights sleeping in their peaceful attic, which came with a clean and nice private bathroom and a microwave to heat up our food! There were a few head bumps with the sloped ceilings but that only gave us a couple of good laughs~ The location of their house is not too bad too, just a 10 mins brisk walk away from the Zaandijk Zaanse Schans train station, we loved the smell of chocolate wafting through the air everytime we walked to/fro the house to/fro the station due to the chocolate factory nearby! Neighbourhood was really quiet and peaceful too! Fred and Kelly took hosting to the next level! The pantry was stocked with coffee and tea sachets and even soup in a cup sachets which we only realized when we were about to leave! Utensils, plates, bowls and cups were super clean too and it truly is a charming house to live in… we consider ourselves lucky to have stayed

We had a wonderful stay that was far too short at Georgios's. Its studios are very comfortable, located in a peaceful place and environment. The decoration is done with great taste and the small kitchen is a real asset for making meals on site. The beds are comfy and the nights are very quiet. The beach, restaurants and small shops are within walking distance. Georgios is very welcoming while remaining discreet. The pool is superb and pleasant when returning from a hike. My favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Fresh fruit in the mornings so we always and snacks. Ana and her husband greeted us and showed us around the house. The shower head is marvelous . The best shower I have ever had. The chairs on the beach were so cozy and relaxing . It’s a quick walk to some wonderful restaurants. We had a lemon dessert that was out of this world amazing . My only regret was that I didn’t book it for a few extra days more.

Lovely hotel at a reasonable price. Located near two metro stations so easy to get around Paris and to all of the attractions.

Pleasant extended weekend at Laurent's, in the middle of the fields and quiet but easy to walk to Bourdeaux. Very nice stay

We absolutely love staying at Bed in Bern. The instructions to get there were really easy to follow and check in was a breeze. Apartment was really clean well stocked and even though it was hot, they provided us with two large fans to cool the place down. Location really close to old town good cafés and restaurants 10 out of 10 would recommend a stay there.

It’s a lovely place in the quiet North Skye. The staff at reception is very helpful and the place is tidy and convenient, a nice place to be back after travelling all day!

This place is magical!! You have to get the sky loft room with the bathtub an breathtaking views of Lake Lucerne. You did need a rental car to book this place. But it’s worth it.

Honestly one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed! Georgios was so helpful with anything we needed and the view was our favorite on the island. Really made our honey moon feel extra special. Would highly recommend!

An incredible place - all the staff were exemplary and nothing was too much trouble. Their aim was to make the stay as restful and peaceful as possible and they totally succeeded. The rooms were very well maintained by housekeeping and the food was wonderful and always delivered to your room with a friendly smile. The three staff are a real asset to the establishment and they, as well as the reasons listed above, will be why we shall book again next year. If you want real peace and tranquility, alongside great hospitality, scenery, and even a fantastic local taverna (very authentically Cretan) then this place is a must.

We loved our stay at La Bernerie. The accommodation was great and very well thought out. Beautiful and quiet setting with shops nearby. The pool area is very nice! And the water temperature is perfect for swimming. Be careful with people with dogs because the outside of the accommodation is not fenced and there are animals nearby. Thanks to Isabelle for hosting us!

We had a lovely stay at Anastasia’s apartment! It was very clean & the rooftop pool was great! Anastasia is very responsive and gave us very clear instructions about how to check in. Excellent location, right next to the Old Town in Rethymno. We would highly recommend!

The hostess Zaneta was very friendly and always available for questions. The Airbnb was very clean and super equipped with everything you could need. The location was also very good and you could reach the capital Fira and other cities very quickly and easily. We recommend this Airbnb to anyone who likes to enjoy privacy and at the same time have access to cities and shops. Regards, Sherif

The location and the house were perfect and very quiet throughout the weekend. Only small downside, the pool and the jacuzzi were not clean enough… I think the products used are not strong enough to make the water clear and without dirt. On the other hand, we really relaxed and everything was peaceful, thank you again for this stay ☺️

We had a lovely few days at Giardino sul Duomo. On arrival at Ragusa we had a few navigation issues and Nicolo kindly came out at 22.30 to rescue us! The amenities were exactly as described, our room was spotless and the view of Rugusa from the gardens was magnificent. We enjoyed breakfast each morning from the well stocked buffet and there was always a friendly member of staff available if we needed help and advice. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Fantastic apartment in a great area. It’s on a quiet street close enough to Stare Miasto, Kazimierz, and Wawel Castle that you can walk to any of them easily. Quite possibly the cleanest property we’ve ever stayed at. Wish we could give it ten stars!

Lovely place. The hosts have great taste and the decor is gorgeous. We were grateful that they allowed us to use the swimming pool. We would recommend having a car as there is only really one restaurant within walking distance which is worth visiting.

We had the best time here! The location is perfect - an easy 10 min walk to all the action of Naousa and a 5 min walk to Piperi beach! The unit was spotless and cleaned everyday, it had everything we needed. Nikos helped us book transport to and from the port and even helped us book a quad rental. He was super nice and helpful! We will definitely be staying here again!

The flat is absolutely stunning and so special! It was very clean and everything was straightforward. The location is perfect, right by ponte vecchio while also close to more local areas in the south of florence. The AC was also great for the hot summer days. We loved our stay. Sofia was very responsive, helpful and kind. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back.

Mark & his beautiful home were simply incredible . The property has been restored to perfection. Every single little detail, Mark has thought about. This place is idyllic & serene with breathtaking views & nature at your doorstep. The mountains are just outside, so my husband was out practicing every day for his next bike race. My daughter & i loved relaxing by the pool & visiting all the nearby medieval villages & Forts. Mark was the best informative & kind host that we have ever encountered traveling around the world. We cannot thank you enough. Until we meet again.

We loved our stay at Palazzina Maresa and wish we stayed longer than two days! Eugenio was an incredible host and met us upon arrival. He explained the history of the space and provided incredible recommendations for Florence. The space is absolutely beautiful, inspiring, and we loved the garden terrace in the backyard. We will definitely stay in one of his properties again when we revisit Florence!

Jenni's apartment has wonderful views, with a large patio to relax and to bbq. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dish washer. The view from the living room onto the water makes it a great space, even on a rainy day. One of the bedrooms has a view onto the water, which is lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here.
