The Shack has been built, fitted and furnished using up-cycled, re-cycled, reclaimed, new, old, vintage, shabby, retro, re-purposed or anything different or quirky. We’re constantly adding to it. No telly. Limited WiFi. Time out, guaranteed.

We provide guests with two XL Terry towelling robes & slippers, towels, logs & kindling and special hamper on arrival.

It’s set on its own private garden where you can truly enjoy the peace and quiet of this amazing place and is also an ideal base for discovering so much including the Ring of Kerry and the Beara Penninsula.

This new (10/2025) triangular cottage is located on the shore of a small lake just a 20-minute drive from the center of Tampere, but in the middle of a large wooded plot it feels like you are in the middle of the wilderness. Perched in the heart of the forest of the estate "Les Cabanes du Pas de la Louve", the Petite Buëch cabin combines modernity and nature in a bright and uncluttered setting. Accessible by a 75-meter-long walkway, it reveals itself as a suspended parenthesis out of time. Its private jacuzzi, not overlooked, nestled at the foot of a century-old oak tree, invites you to relax, summer and winter. At nightfall, the bed can slide outside for one night under the stars.

Our home offers incredible views of Wharfedale and is ideally located for a short walk to the main street, shops, cafes and pubs. There are plenty of adventures to discover on the doorstep with the underfloor heating and log burner waiting to warm you up on your return; or if the temperature permits a patio area to sit outside and watch the sunset over the dale.
