The Trullo Apulia is an exclusive property, made by recovering an original ancient historic domed house (called "Trullo Saraceno"), enriched by swimming pool, Jacuzzi and steam room for private use, in a scenic location, just 2 km from Ostuni and 10 km from the beautiful beaches of Puglia. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Note: the reservation fee does not include consumptions of electricity (0.50€/kWh), gas (5€/m3) and the tourist tax (1€/day for each person for the first 5 days) that will be calculated and paid at the end of your stay. Tutti gli ambienti della casa sono climatizzati e dispongono di connessione internet WiFi. Gli ospiti hanno a disposizione un parcheggio privato. L’intera struttura ha una capacità ricettiva massima di 8 posti letto, mettendo a disposizione dei suoi ospiti ben 4 bagni, di cui 2 interni completi, un’area benessere con bagno turco, aromaterapia, ampia vasca idromassaggio (che si affaccia su una suggestiva parete rocciosa), doccia emozionale con cromoterapia e servizi igienici ed 1 bagno esterno (water+lavandino) con doccia. L’esclusiva piscina a sfioro di acqua salata con idromassaggio è immersa nel verde della macchia mediterranea. Questa oasi di privacy e di relax dispone di tutto il necessario, inclusa una Zona solarium, la doccia esterna ed il bagno di pertinenza. Il complesso abitativo è frutto di una recentissima ristrutturazione di costruzioni dal valore storico (il Trullo Saraceno dalla caratteristica cupola bianca è ancora più antico del trullo a cono), in cui il sapiente recupero dei materiali, delle tecniche e dei canoni tipici dell’architettura e della storia pugliese, hanno consentito un restauro di interni ed esterni che mantenesse una linea fortemente evocativa e rispettosa dei luoghi, anche nell’arredamento dai colori chiari e naturali, studiati con la massima attenzione ai dettagli e costituito da pezzi unici e originali. Il fascino della location non conosce paragoni: la costruzione si affaccia su un giardino terrazzato caratterizzato dai tipici muretti a secco, oltre i quali si apre, a perdita d’occhio, su un’area di circa 6.000 mq di pertinenza esclusiva della casa, una valle di magnifici ulivi secolari su terra rossa. It has 2/3 Double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one with a steam room, whirlpool bath and emotional shower), 2 living areas (with 2 sofas bed for 4 people), 2 kitchens, 2 fireplaces. The whole structure can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The Trullo Apulia combines the unmistakable Mediterranean style with modern comforts, for a unique atmosphere and original stay based on relaxation, privacy and natural wellbeing. The structure consists of 2 units (trullo with 3 cones + lamia) totally independent, but communicating with each other, separated by a lockable door. Each unit includes a dining room with fireplace, satellite TV LED and a double sofa bed, full kitchen with appliances (fridge-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, small appliances) and a bedroom with a private bathroom, complete emotional shower for color therapy. Ideal for two families of friends who, preserving their privacy, can enjoy common relaxation and fun moments, can also be used as a single unit, using one of the two living areas as a third bedroom. All rooms in the house have air conditioning and WiFi internet access. Guests have access to a private car park. The whole structure has a maximum capacity of 8 beds, offering its guests: 4 bathrooms, of which 2 complete in the house and 2 external, a wellness area with steam room, aromatherapy, whirlpool bath (which overlooks a picturesque rock wall), emotional color therapy shower, toilet and outside 1 external bathroom (water + basin) with shower. The unique infinity pool with salt water with whirlpool is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. The pool water depth meets the legal requirements to ensure maximum safety of children. The guests can dine on a wide panoramic terrace, surrounded by external spaces furnished in a minimal chic style, shaded by a gazebo. The housing complex is the result of a recently renovation of the historic buildings (the Trullo Saraceno with its characteristic white dome is even more ancient then the Trullo with cone), in which the wise recovery of original materials, traditional techniques and typical architectural standards, led a restoration of interiors and exteriors that maintained a strongly evocative silhouette respectful of places, even in furniture with bright and natural colors, designed with great attention to detail and consists of unique and original pieces. The charm of the location is unmatched: the building overlooking a terraced garden characterized by typical stone walls and surrounded by 6,000 square meters of red earth and magnificent olive trees for exclusive use. Citrus and fruits trees, a large areas of Mediterranean forest with many plants and herbs, disclose a nature with thousands of colors and scents that illuminate the eyes and gladden the mind. The typical fruits and vegetables, totally organic, are available to guests. Romantic Cottage Retreat near Lancaster Castle

Snuggle up by the wood-burning fireplace in this cosy 'cottage/chalet style' sanctuary nestled within a peaceful walled oasis, just a few minutes from Lancaster town centre. It's remarkably light and airy inside, thanks to white paneling and skylights. Help yourself to a nice glass of bubbles and take in the spectacular close up views of Lancaster Castle from the window seat, whilst you plan your days ahead. Draw a hot bath in a copper tub big enough for 2 (with Castle View's very own homemade lavender bubble bath) before climbing in to the exceptionally comfortable 'secret bedroom'. Quaint on the outside. Quirky on the inside. Inside Castle View, the secret bedroom and bathroom are a real surprise and simply luxurious! Everything is kitted out with your complete comfort in mind. A giant copper bath for 2 people, a king size natural mattress with 400 thread count Egyptian cotton bed linen, Smeg fridge/freezer and a giant 'Loaf' sofa to sink into in front of the wood burner. The flat screen TV can be positioned to watch from the living room, 'secret' bedroom or bathroom. Insulation and remote control blackout blinds throughout the property ensure a peaceful nights sleep. The property is detached from our home and has it's own parking space. We're around in person or by text to help in any way that we can - although we completely understand that many guests will want to keep themselves to themselves. :) Just a minutes walk from Lancaster Castle, 3 minutes walk from Lancaster train station and a 4 minute, breath taking walk to the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, yet situated in a peaceful walled oasis in the heart of historic Lancaster Castle Conservation area. Whether you want a romantic retreat or a comfortable base to explore the North West - the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales & Manchester Airport are all about an hour away. Parking space a few strides from the cottage. Getting around could not be easier! The property has it's own parking space. The train station really is 2 minutes walk away from the property gates. Simply wheel your case straight up from the platform. No need for a taxi! By train, Manchester airport is a direct 1 hour 15 train journey away. Oxenholme (The Lake District) 12 mins. Delightful seaside towns such as Silverdale and Arnside 15/20 mins away. Yorkshire Dales 30 minutes. Morecambe 10 minutes. There are frequent direct trains to Edinburgh and London that take just under 2.5 hours. There are cycle tracks on our doorstep to picturesque riverside locations and seaside villages and towns. We are less than 10 minutes walk away to the bus station. Children aged 8 years and upwards are welcome. Feel free to bring your own dry logs and kindling - or buy a basket from us for £10. This year we are giving 10% of our turnover to LDHAS (Lancaster & District Homeless Action Service). So your stay at Castle View will help to support the less fortunate in our community.

Oak Framed Home with Countryside Views

Get back in touch with nature at this luxury cabin nestled in a quiet hamlet. Find tranquility on the terrace surrounded by breathtaking views, or lounge amid thoughtful decor and chic modern finishes in the exposed oak beam interior. Blue Vale is brand new as of June 2018! We helped to design this green oak framed building and have been involved in the whole process of building it, doing much of it ourselves. For our colour scheme we have used different shades of blue throughout, playing on the name of Blue Vale. The furnishing and finishing touches are of a high standard to help promote a comfortable and luxurious finish. There is an eclectic style combining modern country with industrial finishes. Luxury, high thread cotton bedding and towels, large flat screen smart tv's and luxury Neals Yard toiletries help to give the top-end finishing touches we would appreciate if we stayed away from home. Blue Vale is completely self contained but sits in the grounds of our family home. The decked outdoor living space is screened by trellis on the garden side with fields on the other. You would be very welcome to walk around our garden. We can be as interactive as you wish. With living in the same grounds we are close at hand if needed. We will welcome you when you arrive but will be respectful of your privacy. The glorious Blackmore Vale landscape is a tapestry of farmed green fields with a sprinkling of English villages, of which Sandley is one. Walk out (or cycle, using our available bikes) onto country lanes and venture along a web of footpaths to discover this unspoilt part of Dorset. Visit Stourhead, stroll around the ancient towns of Sherborne or Shaftesbury or discover the beautiful Jurassic coast. Visit Longleat safari park, Haynes Motor Museum, Monkey world & Yeovilton Air Museum. Sandley is a quiet hamlet with the neighbouring village of Buckhorn Weston just a mile away. The Stapleton Arms pub can be found here. We are 10 minutes away from the towns of Gillingham and Wincanton where various supermarkets, shops and services are. There is a train station in Gillingham which has a direct route to London in less than 2 hours. The larger cities of Bath and Salisbury are less than an hours drive and it takes around an hour to drive to the beautiful Jurassic coastline. The historic towns of Shaftesbury and Sherborne are only 15 and 20 minutes away respectively. The quiet rural roads and bridleways of the Blackmore Vale are excellent for cycling and walking. Blue Vale is in the grounds of our family home. There is a one- bedroomed B&B facility on the ground floor of our home.

The Old Dairy, cottage on Highland Farm

As the name suggests this cottage was previously used as dairy on the family farm in years gone by. The house was built in the 1850's, the first house on the farm as it is now. The cottage was also known as Grieves House and was home to the Manager of Dalmore Distillery years and years ago. We live on a family farm and there is always somebody nearby for assistance during your stay. Dalmore Farm is in a quiet location on the edge of Alness, a busy town which in 2018 won the title of Best High Street in Scotland. Set on the shore of the Cromarty Firth, this makes an ideal base for exploring Easter Ross and the Northern Highlands. Alness town centre is approx 10 - 15 walk Morrisons and Lidl are approx 5 minute walk

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
