The most amazing stay. We live local and wanted a little getaway and it was the most perfect stay we could’ve asked for ✨ the location was beautiful and the highland cows were everywhere 🐮 The sunsets from the accommodation were outstanding and the accommodation was perfect. All the facilties were very clean and the private bathrooms are a great idea. We look forward to staying again, couldn’t reccommend enough

Really peaceful setting! We slept 4 with our daughters of 5 and 3 years old, as soon as they were asleep we went to the common room which is below the yurt to play pool! The view is superb, tranquility guaranteed, very nice pool with nice view. Valérie and her family are absolutely charming, our daughters played like crazy with their son Theo (trampoline, swing, donkeys, games, etc.) ideal for families! I would also have enjoyed it a lot just with my husband. ☺️

Tom was super responsive in answering us and providing us with useful and detailed explanations, he was very flexible allowing us a late check-in compared to the scheduled time. The accommodation is super special and cared for in every detail, it perfectly matches the photos and description, and is ideal for a romantic evening, highly recommended.

This place was exactly as it says on the tin, it is secluded, private and takes you right back to nature. It was a delight to have some friends around the fire pit catching up and having a good chin wag. When you wake up you are surrounded by the sounds of nature. The trail road to the accommodation is a little bumpy though.

Just a little bit of time to relax and work on a piece of mourning together with a friend. Perfect place for it, despite the heat we could make good use of all the spaces. During the day, enjoy the outdoors and in the evening, relax in the greenhouse/dome with incense and candles. Worth repeating! The workshop was also very nice. Unfortunately, I did suffer a bit from the gnats and mosquitoes, but that was due to the muggy weather. The screen door helped well enough to keep them at a good distance at night. 😊👍

Stayed for a weekend to celebrate my son finishing college, with our little dog. John's communication prior to our stay, during and upon leaving was excellent; with clear instructions. The cabin was lovely, surrounded by fields and beautiful flowers. The bbq was, of course, the star of the attraction and the outside pit at night was a dream, making smores and watching the sunset. There was a fridge and shower area for cabin guests and the barn with pool, darts and tv to help pass any boredom. I wouldn't recommend a blow up bed personally but our self inflating mattresses with the cushions were comfortable. Bring your own bedding, towels and pillows. There are throws and cushions available but more for keeping you warm when outside. The shower room is accessible by the main house but the hosts John and Claire were both welcoming and respected our privacy. The paddock a stones through was great for our dog. A wonderful stay. Great place. The hosts were very friendly, always helpful and available at any time. The yurt, as well as the bathroom, is furnished with attention to detail, very clean and there is nothing missing, you rarely have that. The bed is super cozy and the atmosphere of the yurt really lets you down. You can definitely escape the stress of everyday life here. The nature sounds also contribute. The outdoor area invited you to relax, even if it was not yet completely freed from hibernation. The evening lighting was magical, so you could also linger outside in the evening. If you like it quieter and still want to be quickly in Amsterdam, Keukenhof and surroundings by car, this is the place to be. I will definitely return and would recommend the place to anyone.

The stay was beautiful, the road to it a little less because I had to drive through the mountains and some roads were a little narrow. But once at the destination, it was more than worth the ride. What a great place, the yurt was great, the bathroom was nice and clean, and also the outdoor space was nicely decorated. Furthermore, the view was magnificent!

This was undoubtedly the best experience (and accommodation) I’ve ever had on Airbnb. Sophie and Callum were absolutely fantastic hosts. Their house is beautiful, and the yurt is truly something special. First of all, it’s so thoughtfully designed and well organized. It has everything you might need — and more — and it was spotless. It’s very spacious, and the bathroom and kitchen are simply adorable. Second, everything was clearly explained, and Sophie and Callum left us fresh breakfast in the kitchen every morning. You get the unique feeling of being surrounded by nature, yet with total comfort. Sophie also gave us plenty of great recommendations for things to do and see, as well as excellent tips for nearby restaurants (listen to her — her suggestions are gold! And if you get the chance, have lunch at the Stein Inn — the seafood was sensational!). Overall, you can really feel how much love Sophie and Callum have poured into the space. The yurt was a perfect retreat into the mountains. The yurt itself is really comfortable - incredibly comfy bed - really spacious and the kitchen has everything you need. We loved the setting, the sauna and hot tub in this really special place made for a magical couple of days - we stayed 3 days and wished we had more time. Great area for walking, really secluded and special - thanks!

A brilliant stay, was here for a work trip (good signal for those on vodaphone). Absolutely stunning location and huts so well equipped and to a high standard. Particularly enjoyed the very comfy beds, beautiful views of the Loch and bubble bath. Perfect place to enjoy some peace and quiet, felt thoroughly at home here. Lovely to get some cuddles from the doggies too occasionally as I was missing my own. Hope to stay again!

Bastis was amazing. We unfortunately only stayed one night with 4 people, but definitely want to be back for a longer stay. Communication was great and Basti greeted us personally and also helped out with very good local drinks. It is also great for travelling with pets as the property is fenced. Highly recommend!

Probably the best little get away we have ever done. Never stayed somewhere so amazing and beautiful, the fairy lights and flowers as the sun set and the night sky began to appear was just incredible. We made pizzas in the fire oven, went on a lovely forest walk and Emma even went the extra mile and provided a birthday cake for my girlfriend’s birthday which was such a lovely touch. Our first stop of the 4-week cycling holiday. Everything breathes the atmosphere we love, both inside and outside. 1 night, was not enough afterwards. But we will definitely come back for a few days. Roos & Thijs have created a beautiful place. Compliments! Frits & Rob

We had a wonderful stay! The location is very peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The host was extremely kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. The terrace and garden were beautiful – ideal for enjoying the sun and the lovely view of nature. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended – we would definitely love to come back!

A big thank you to Christophe and his wife for their hospitality. An atypical accommodation, we had the impression of sleeping in the middle of nature 👌 The yurt is spacious, hyper functional and super well equipped. Very nice little garden area. We immediately felt good. The region is beautiful and we woke up with a beautiful sunrise in front of us! I recommend you try Christophe's lasagna, it's delicious 🤤

Line and her partner are hosts with a great quality of listening, absolutely kind. We enjoyed this pleasant, quiet stay in an unusual accommodation made of recycled materials immersed in nature. The spirit of sharing was also present, thank you very much for this experience for a stay that was too short... ;-)
