Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. A deck with a glass railing throughout the cabin's width allows you to sense the peace of nature, both in winter and in summer. The yard has a wood storage, a fire pit, and a lot. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shop: Poland city center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Cottage in the Rokua ridge landscape on a lichen slope. From the backyard you can access the hiking/jogging trails, the ridge terrain and the nearby potholes. The cottage has a fireplace, as well as an indoor and outdoor sauna. Nearby Rokua National Park, ski slopes and spa (4km) Suitable for hikers, families and those seeking peace. In winter, you can go downhill, for example, on a sled or a pulk, go snowshoeing, even admire the northern lights and go skiing - there are ski trails for every taste.

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
