Great apartment in the centre of Rovaniemi, would stay again :)

Siisti asunto hyvällä, sijainnilla. Yhteydenpito majoittamaan oli mutkatonta. Helppo sisäänkirjautuminen.

Kaikinpuolin toimiva majoitus. Ehdottomasti kannattaa varata jos ouluun on menossa. Kaikki palvelut lähellä ja asunto oli todella viihtyisä.

Really comfortable place, check in very easy and well described. Kitchen had everything that you could need, and even a nice view out the bedroom window to the shared garden. Accidentally left a laptop charger in the apartment, but Eija put in the post, which was extremely kind. Couldn't ask for a better stay!

Highly recommended.. 10/10.. We had an amazing time staying in this airbnb. The home is beautiful, very centrally located, all amenities provided.. Foremost, the host Antti is super helpful and very quick in response. Antti Even helped us in sharing general information for our internal transfers in Finland.. We couldn’t have asked for a better host.. Thanks a lot for making our experience in Finland so amazing..

Lyhyt matka keskustaan. Majoittaja vastasi vastasi viesteihin nopeasti. Rauhallinen talo. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi meidän lyhyeen majoittumiseen. Todella hyvä hinta-laatusuhde.

We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

Juhas Villa is one of the best accommodations i‘ve been to during all my Journeys. It‘s located very beautiful and private near a huge lake. The Villa is spacious and equipped very well. It‘s 30 minutes from Ranua by car away. So it’s a good Place to visit for example the Ranua Wildlife Park. We also Went to Korouoma Canyon from Juhas Villa. It’s easy to get to the Villa by car, Even in Winter when the streets are a Little Snowy. We (5 people) have been there in March with a rentalcar. Juha is so friendly, Helpful and polite! He Went icefishing with us on the lake and offered us warm Drinks and Snacks. The best things of the Villa were the Sauna, the whirlpool and spotting the polarlights out of the livingroom. I can absolutely recommend Juhas Villa and I‘d love to come back, maybe in Summer next time! Everything was Perfect, thank you!

Kaikki sujui oikein nappiin. Ihastuttava paikka, oma rauha ja hyvä kohde matkalla pohjoisesta etelään. Lapset viihtyivät, heidät oli ihanasti otettu huomioon. Talossa oli lämmin tunnelma, oli tervetullut olo. Voidaan poiketa toistekin!

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

A beautiful villa in a stunning setting. Would love to return one day.

Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich, wunderschön und direkt am See gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist natürlich, modern und mit viel Holz; wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten ist die sehr abgeschiedene Lage; die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Supermarkt) ist ca. 15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Aber mit entsprechender Planung ist auch das kein Problem. Wir haben die ruhige idyllische Lage sehr genossen.

Upea kohde isommallekin porukalle! Pihan oleskelukatos on ihana paikka viettää kesäpäivää. Kaikki oli siistiä ja toimivaa.

Perfect location! 5 minutes walk to bus stop and gondola and village centre with supermarket, tourist information and shops. Easy shuttle bus from airport. Recommend wild food restaurant on ground floor. Ski hire on ground floor and also at gondola. Ski locker rooms and lifts. Nice view from balcony to wooded area and village. Lovely apartment with private sauna and lots of storage. We traveled with a 9 year old and 1 year old who tried skiing for first time at Ruka family park at the top of the gondola. Also cross country ski tracks next to apartment and ski hire. Everything was just so easy and accessible for us. We had the best time! Alex and was really helpful with our arrival and quickly helped with WiFi. Perfect family holiday for us!

Nunu was a great host who met us to help us check in, even though we only stayed a night. The apartment was perfect, although the location might be a little inconvenient for those who doesn’t drive. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotless, cosy, and felt just like home. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the city centre and the Arktikum museum, making it easy to explore. Everything was well-equipped, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Abel was an amazing host, very responsive and flexible, making check-in and our entire stay smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated his hospitality. There was nothing to fault, and we loved every moment spent here. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The attention to detail made our experience even better. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a clean, cosy, and well-located place, this is it! Hyvällä alueella oleva siisti majoitus.

房東在事前回覆訊息的速度很快，也會主動提供住宿附近的交通，讓我感到很安心，抵達後的房源就跟照片一樣乾淨整潔，一般居住會使用到的物品房東都有提供，其中我最愛的是桑拿，真的很棒!! 床很好睡，房間有暖氣，真的很舒適，而且房東親切，有問題問她她都會很樂意回覆你，這真的是我遇過最好的房東!

Siisti, uusi ja viihtyisä asunto. Sijainti on hyvin lähellä keskustaa ja kävelymatkan päässä kauppakeskuksesta ja taidemuseo Korundista. Silti ympäristö on erittäin rauhallinen. Olin itse työmatkalla, mutta tämä asunto sopisi vaikka kaupunkiloman viettoon.

Had a wonderful stay with Nina. They were so flexible both in check in and check out. The place was quite centrally located very easy with nearby resturants and groceries. The apartment was super comfortable and the beds were super good. we enjoyed the stay and the only pity was i couldnt stay longer
