Monthly Rentals in Oak Park

We had a wonderful stay at Jay's place. He met us in person to check in and personally showed us through the house and made us feel so welcome. The house was very homey and had everything we needed. It's also in a great location in a very walkable neighborhood close to the Frank Lloyd Wright Studio. Oh, and morning coffee on the sun porch was delightful. Thanks for a great stay, Jay.

this is a gem. the place to book if you want to sleep near Chicago, outside of the city center rush, but at only 30 mins from downtown with the green line. The apartment is very well furnished (especially the kitchen !). Niles is an experienced host that provided us with recommandations and guidance for our stay. parking is free. Everything was super clean. check in and check out were smooth and independent. the quality/price ratio is good.

Stay here majority of times when I come to Chicago. In historic Oak Park and in close proximity to many places to eat and other local draws. Can hear footsteps upstairs from upstairs neighbors but it isn’t anything bad. Great place; plan to be back!

I truly enjoyed my stay. It was cozy, clean, and very peaceful. Being a middle unit it was a bit darker than I prefer and the internet was sluggish at times even with my wifi pak for streaming. But overall I was able to work comfortably. Everyone was very respectful of neighbors and laundry room was always clean. I would definitely recommend and will be looking to return to one of Kevin's rentals in the near future. Kevin was a great host.
