We invite you to our beautiful vacation home with approx. 80 square meters of living space & terrace. The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

Guest house in an idyllic village

Guest room in the idyllic village invites you to linger cozily, enjoy nothing to do and simply relax. Kleinrössen is about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also just around the corner. Falkenberg is very accessible by RE. It is also an attractive tour (XXX/KR) by bicycle, e.g. via the Elberadweg. There is a beautiful countryside here with good bike paths, lakes and the black magpies; in short: pure nature.

Vacation home in the Spreewald

Our holiday apartment is located in the outdoor area, about 5 km from the town center. It offers a large living-dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with a large corner bathtub and shower head. The apartment has underfloor heating and controlled living room ventilation (no air conditioning). The kitchen is stocked, also linen and towels are provided. Gastronomy, paddle boat rental, Kahnfährhafen, mini golf and stop can be reached in about 600 m

Foxhole

Get out of the countryside right on the swimming lake - Holidays at the edge of the Lusatian Lake District. The "Fuchsbau" is in a quiet location in the middle of nature. In the immediate vicinity are a playground, a swimming lake and an ostrich farm. The environment invites for extensive walks and bike rides. Crinkling fireplace with crackling rain or birdsong in the sunshine on the terrace - a place to relax and unwind.

Cottage in Lübbenau/ Spreewald

The small cottage is located on a quiet courtyard in the old town of Lübbenau, surrounded by historical buildings that are over 200 years old. Cafes, restaurants, paddle boat rentals, bike rentals, boat ferries and shopping are just a few minutes walk away. The Spreewald is a unique landscape and invites you to enjoy and unwind, but Lübbenau is also ideal for sporting activities and culture. A tourist tax will be charged.

The garden house is part of the summer farm. It is located in the middle of the garden, kitchen, veranda. Ideal for peace-seeking guests/family/small group. The house has 2 separate bedrooms. For up to 3 P costs 110€. The 4th person +30€. After that, the extra bed rule applies. There are up to 3 extra beds. Sorry, unfortunately not bookable here. Wahlsdorf 73 vacation home – Workation in the countryside

Wahlsdorf 73, that is pausing or doing, vacation or (co) working, free space and peace, fresh air, vastness, a lot of garden and infrastructure and (also) what you make of it. In the old stable building of our Vierseithof we have expanded two apartments. Both can be rented individually. Or just the entire house, including the large cozy shared kitchen and the work, rehearsal, yoga or office space.

The cottage has a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and access to the terrace. There is also the wardrobe and bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the 1st floor there is a beautiful and bright bedroom and a bathroom with tub. The second modern bedroom is located in the attic, which can be used for a booking for 2 people with prior arrangement for a surcharge of 20 €.
