Perfect for families and communities, also ideal for cyclists/motorcyclists. Dogs are welcome and can do a small round in the fenced and invisible garden. The garden is also safe for children. There is a terrace. Shopping facilities within walking distance... Sights Spreewald/Lusatian Lake District can be reached in max 30 minutes.

The vacation home is located in the sleepy village of Märkischheide, the gateway to the Spreewald. Situated slightly elevated on the Mühlberg, you can look out into the treetops of the small village park from the bedroom. (If there is snow, you can even go sledding a little here). It is quiet here and you can live undisturbed. From here you can go cycling in the Spreewald, in the nature reserves and to the nearby lakes. Or relax on the covered terrace, barbecue or sunbathe in the courtyard.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

The cabin is built in a sustainable wooden construction and offers a magnificent view of the Bergheider See with the large panoramic window. Relax in a 180x200 bed on a gallery overlooking the lake. The house has a privately used hot tub with lake view. We are currently expanding our house with a private sauna!

Dorotheenhouse in Spreewald

The Dorotheenhouse is a little cottage in the heart of the Spreewald. This home is a place that we also use with friends and family, and we cherish it with all our heart. We are not in the apartment rental business and this is the only home we have. While it is not a hotel, you will find many personal touches and live in a very much personalized home.
