Brand new and modernly equipped bungalow with terrace, parking and direct access to the water. Access from the parking lot to the bathroom and bedroom is barrier-free. Families with children will find a refuge and plenty of space for children's games. Fishing enthusiasts will also find everything they need here. 100m from the bungalow there is a bistro with excellent beer and something to eat. 1 km away there is a large swimming pool with beach volleyball and water games and a playground for the little ones.

V mrazivých dnech se není čeho bát, nová kachlová kamna maringotku krásně vytopí a voda nepoteče z vodovodu, ale bude pro vás i tak nachystána😊 Po dohodě je možné zajištění snídaně do košíku s doručením.

V Krušných horách nedaleko Karlových Varů a Božího Daru v malé vesnici jsem si vytvořili naše útočiště. S citem rekonstruované podkroví s výhledem do přírody a koupacím sudem na terase (za příplatek) a domácím kinem. Rádi Ti naše místo propůjčíme. K dispozici Ti bude celý prostor včetně terasy. Pomůžeme naplánovat výlet a objevit krásy Krušnohoří. Staráme se o naše místo s láskou a pečlivostí. Chceme, aby ses tu i Ty cítil jako doma. Hory, příroda i lázeňské město od každého je tu trochu!

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

At an altitude of 850 m, pure nature, tranquility, unadulterated mountain meadows and many hiking and cycling trails await you. In winter, the Jugelloipe starts right behind the house with connection to the Kammloipe and Czech ski highway. Several ski slopes can be reached quickly by car. We are happy to provide tips.

Adventure?! Log cabin in tiny house style for a cozy getaway in Vogtland. The cabin has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached via a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood-burning stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another cabin on the property that also occasionally accommodates guests.

There three rooms: kitchen with dining area and living rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The fifth bed is located in the living rooms. Upon request there is possibility to use summer kitchen with barbecue area, garage with workroom which is ideal for motobikers or cyclicts.
