Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and dishwasher. In the area, there is a playground and a small soccer field The cottage is centrally located near a grocery store, pharmacy, fish shop and bus stop. The cottage has WiFi and TV with Chromecast Guests bring their own towels and bed linens. Duvets and pillows are provided in the cottage. Guests do the final cleaning themselves.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Underbart skärgårdshus vid havet med havsutsikt i de flesta rum. Öppen planlösning, ljust och vackert. 8 riktiga sängplatser och 3 sovplatser på bäddsoffor och resesängar. Fin trädgård och underbar natur precis utanför dörren. Havet med härlig badplats finns på badrocksavstånd. Wifi och internet inkluderat. Några cyklar, en optimistjolle, flytvästar och leksaker finns att låna. Affärer och restauranger finns inom cykel/gångavstånd.

Lyckhem 1880

Välkommen till Lyckhem, ett hus som timrades upp 1880. Genom att hyra vår lägenhet får ni eget boende med egen ingång till hall, vardagsrum, kök, toa/dusch och två sovrum. I det ena sovrummet finns en 140 cm bred dubbelsäng, rummet saknar dörr men har draperi för avskildhet. Det andra sovrummet har en dagbädd som är 80 cm bred men kan dras ut till 160 cm bredd. Det finns en toa med dusch och kombinerad tvättmaskin/torktumlare.

Sea, cliffs and swimming area as well as Klåva harbor with its wide range of shops, cozy restaurants and outdoor seating. The apartment has a combined bedroom/living room with a 140 cm bed and a sofa bed (140 cm) and a separate kitchen dining area for 3 people as well as a bathroom with shower and washing machine.
