Attractive vacation home near Flensborg Fjord

Renovated house located in scenic surroundings 200 meters from Flensborg Fjord. The house is suitable for vacation rentals. The house is located on a less busy road with 300 meters to the shopping center, which contains supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and medical centers. Close to the house is the area's best beach with free access to the swimming bridge and playground. The house's garden can be used for play and there is garden furniture in the adjoining courtyard. At a distance of about 20 km are the larger cities Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensborg.

The house is centrally located in Asserballeskov close to Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights on Als. The house has 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with the possibility of making a bed for 1 person on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a Toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be DKK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Haus Heinke eignet sich mit drei Schlafzimmern, ausgebautem Dachgeschoss und Garten für die ganze Familie. Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

Be awakened by the rooster crowing and watch the cows graze. 20 minutes to Åbenrå/Sønderborg. 30 minutes to Flensborg, Walking/hiking and cycling in beautiful natural surroundings. Golf. Good opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly changed. The living room will be divided into two rooms. A living room and a room. The lovingly furnished vacation home "Smuk Have" will delight you upon arrival with its idyllic tranquility and pure nature. Enjoy your stay away from the hustle and bustle. A special highlight: an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large natural garden completely fenced and this also has a barbecue area. Two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room, each with a double bed. In front of the house is a parking space. Only 1 dog allowed.

Lüttje Huus

The "lüttje Huus" is right next to the old fishing district of Holm von Schleswig with the old well-kept fishermen's houses around the historic cemetery. The city harbor with embassy rental, ice cream parlor, restaurant and cafes is only 150 meters away. Many other attractions are also close to the "lüttjen Huus," such as the cathedral, the Johanniskloster monastery or the Holmer Noor nature reserve. Also worth a visit is the Viking open-air museum Haitabu.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun overlooking the beach and swimming pier. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Hansen Vacation Home

Located in Stangheck, the holiday home 'Hansen' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Its location is a great starting point for a hike, a trip to the Baltic Sea or just to relax. The 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a seperat toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, dryer as well as a TV.

lüdde huus

May I invite you and your family on a relaxing vacation in the lüdden huus? Here you should not miss anything and you will be given the opportunity to unwind! From the garden you can see the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. The bedrooms invite you to cuddly morning hours. Cozy evenings can be spent on the couch and with games at the dining table. In the kitchen, magical dishes can be cooked. And my personal favorite place: the terrace!

Charming “chapel” in the north German Bullerbü

Our small "chapel" is located on a former farm between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Peacefully nestled between meadows, fields and moors lies our unmistakable "mini-village". We have four families with a total of five children as well as a friendly Hovawart dog, four cats, a rooster and two hens. All two- and four-legged animals run around freely on the property, there are no fences or gates.

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
