The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (approx. 34 m², 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. The built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phthalate-free) and electrical system were renovated in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the outskirts of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow clinker apartment building" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22. Traditional thatched houses, large gardens and the 13th century St. Nicolai Church century give ample opportunity to switch off from everyday life. The center of Wyk is about a 15-minute walk.

Arrive and feel good, time out in North Frisia

Vacation in the North Frisian expanse, right on the Danish border and close to the island and Hallig world, the Wadden Sea, but far away from the tourist hotspots. We live directly on the Wiedaudeich, which belongs to a large nature reserve with a fascinating birdlife and at the same time forms the border with Denmark. Here you can experience the famous sort sol, the black sun, in the spring and autumn, the breathtaking dance of ten thousand starlings in the evening sky.

Föhrienwohnung 2, Midlum

Midlum on Föhr is the golden center of the island. Idyllic overlooking the green marsh is the village of Midlum. With its beautiful iron houses and wide views, the village exudes tranquility. From Midlum you can explore the island in all directions, by bike there are excellent connections, to the beach it is about 4 km, to the museum "Art of the West Coast" in Alkersum about 1 km. The village is also the start and finish of Germany's northernmost marathon.

The approx. 110 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of the Feringhüs. From the spacious hallway you can access the bedrooms and the kitchen with modern built-in kitchen and cozy sitting area. In the adjacent living room with comfortable sofas there is a real Frisian "Pesel." As in the kitchen, the walls here are decorated with antique tiles. Wooden beam ceiling, oak floorboards and lattice windows underline the charm of the old Frisian house.

The farm is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding islands and Halligen, the Charlottenhof and the Nolde Museum. The Danish border is only 8 km away. Bright, cozy apartment in the heart of Wyk

Our apartment is located in the center of Wyk. It's just 200 meters to the beach. Cafes and restaurants are also very close. The apartment has a combined living/dining area, a bedroom, a bathroom with tub. shower, a balcony, as well as a parking space in front of the house. The bikes can be parked behind the house. The rental price does not include a linen package (bed linens and towels). This can be booked later for €20 per person.

Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful Nordstrand beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting Nordstrand Mermaid House with two apartments. This small 40 sqm apartment on the ground floor is ideally suited for two people. On request, three people can stay here. The third person can sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this sea-like apartment is the Nordstrandnixe über Land.

A large wooded area invites you to jog or walk. By bike you can easily explore the whole island on the well-developed bike paths. Föhr is an unforgettable experience!
