What a unique place, beautifully decorated in detail, there is atmosphere in and around the house. The stove was burning and the lights in the house were already on, making it nice to 'come home'. It is special to have the animals around you that you can experience from the stable house. Horse coaching is recommended. A place to relax, to inspire and also nice for a family. Edith and her family are great hosts.

It was a great stay in a very nice AirBnB! It’s spacious, has a nice view with a nice bbq opportunity. The surrounding has lots to do and everything was walkable. Our group had a blast. Thank you so much for the great stay.

Some cottages are just cottages. And some are silences in which you find words. This was one of them. Received with two beers. No welcome folder with rules, but a lighter by the hot tub and a feeling of: "you are exactly right as you arrive here." The view? Horses. Grass. Breath. The smell? Wood fire. Coffee. Spicy memories of last night. The vibe? Between flights and coming home. I came here to write. To be alone. And to close a chapter. Mission accomplished. Gelmer and Nienke have built something that is right. Not because it is large, but the right size. Every detail feels like it has been chosen with care, from the record player to the bed in which I actually slept like a man without deadlines. Tip for the next guest: bring something you can let go of. We had a great time in Sneek and the accommodation was just perfect for us. Plenty of space, everything you need was available and really tasteful and yet practical. The terrace and the whirlpool are special highlights and Petra spoiled us with small snacks and cold drinks on arrival. The location of the house is great, you can walk very quickly to the city center with many restaurants as well as the supermarket and yet it is quiet and we were able to sleep relaxed. We were also allowed to use the bicycles and took a small tour. All around beautiful!
