This historic building built in 1927 was redesigned in 2012 to include 88 apartments, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. This private room is a quaint space that has a king bed, bathroom, desk, tv, internet, mini-fridge, microwave and a SmartLock which will only work with your code during your stay. All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. Feel free to grab a few eggs for breakfast if there are eggs in the nesting boxes.
