The nicest beach is right outside the door, next to the harbor, with pleasure boats, ice houses, restaurants and music. Possibility of 2 extra beds in the living room. Just opposite the apartment is Den Gamle Købmand, with a large selection.

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located home. Here you will find a small private apartment on the ground floor. You get a bedroom with a nice big bed 180x210 cm. You will have a small living room with a sofa, a corner with a dining area. Separate small kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven and two hotplates. Across the hall, you have a private bathroom with spacious shower. The apartment overlooks the Water Tower. The area around Nyborg Vold is quiet. There is free parking on the street by the house.

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Frigården er for jer som har brug for at slappe af i stille omgivelser. I vil være omringet af idyllisk dansk landskab, med adgang til til strand. Frigården er istandsat efter de højeste standarder, med 7 rum som huser op til 14 voksne, og derudover er der senge til 4 børn. Til de helt små er der 2 rejsesenge. Det helt store trækplaster er vores aktivitetshal hvor vi lige har installeret professionel pickle ball bane. Herudover er der også bordtennis bord. I loungen er der biograf og poolbord.
