Cozy house near Färjestaden

Nice house 50 sqm on your own property in a quiet and nice area with beautiful nature trails. 4 km to the nearest grocery store and restaurant. 6 km to Ölands Köpstad shopping center, several nice sandy beaches, restaurants, art, culture and Öland's zoo and amusement park. 15 km to Kalmar. Easy to move around to Borgholm castle ruin, royal suntime, Borgholm, Köpingsvik, Ottenby with bird station. Within the area there are 2 tennis courts, football pitch, playground, pool, children's pool and kiosk during high season.

Here you can hang out with loved ones in this family-friendly place between Borgholm and Löttorp. You have access to a large plot for wonderful outdoor activities. This nice cottage is within cycling distance to Djupvik with lovely swimming and beautiful nature. The evenings offer fantastic sunset over our beautiful Kalmarsund. Djupvik also offers a nice restaurant. To Sandvik with, among other things, the year-round open shop, it is barely a mile. The rent also includes the possibility to charge your electric car.

Welcome to our quaint cottage located in the quiet and scenic Hörninge! It offers a perfect retreat for those seeking peaceful relaxation, nature experiences, and proximity to the beach. The cottage is located on the same property as the main residence. Modern housing from 2022. Quiet peaceful area with nice cycling and hiking trails. Only 2 km to the beach. Lovely pool area on the property that you have the opportunity to use. Bicycles are available for loan and must be returned in the same condition.

Poolhus i centrala Borgholm

Poolhus precis intill familjens hus. Ingång till poolhuset är från den gemensamma terassen. Pentry med micro, kaffebryggare, vattenkokare, kylskåp och kokplatta. Badrum med golvvärme. Poolhuset har AC. Tv utan kanaler m möjlighet att streama via Apple TV. Sänglinne och handdukar finns i poolhuset. Vi sköter städningen efter ert besök. Centralt med bara 200 meter till gågatan. Härlig terass som vi delar med pool, dusch, grill, solstolar och loungemöbel. Poolen badbar/uppvärmd juli/augusti.

Summer house on Öland + free paddle tennis You are welcome to spend the summer holidays in our summer house. Since the house is located in the middle of Öland, it is a perfect strategic location for exploring the entire island's sights. Here you have free access to the community pools plus free paddle tennis (2 km from Tveta recreation area, outdoor courts). You even have free access to the tennis courts. There is also a football field, boule court and lovely walking paths in the area.

Apartment at Snäckstrand, beautiful Öland.

Beautiful apartment located in Färjestaden, Öland. Fully equipped bathroom, complete kitchen with cutlery, glasses, crockery, pots, coffee maker, etc. HDTV, Apple TV for streaming. Three sleeping places, double bed, and sofa bed. Pool 5x10 meters. Pool maintenance on Wednesday, Saturday. Furnished terrace, sun loungers, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. Only renting guests are allowed to use/stay in the apartment, pool, and pool area. If these rules are not followed, eviction will occur.

It offers a house with a large garden where you can enjoy a great view of both the Öland Alvar and the Baltic Sea. 2.5 km to restaurant, 2.2 km to the sea where there is a camping with a small shop and restaurant. The nearest community where there are larger shops, pharmacy, etc. is about 17 km from the property. If you want a little more shops and restaurants, it is located with a distance of about 30 km.

Stay in our villa with pool & hot tub in Färjestad on Öland, with 20 minutes walking distance to Färjestadens harbor where you will find restaurants, cafés and beach. With about 15-20 min drive to Kalmar, there are also good bus connections. The large pool is heated and ready for summer starting mid-May-September. The hot tub is heated all year round.

Fully furnished cottage on the separated farm 20 km north of Kalmar. Old grain magazine renovated for home in 2019. Rural location with privacy. 200 m from Ironman's cycle distance in Läckeby. Access to pool (10x5m) and outdoor gym. 1.5 km to Läckeby center where you find a small grocery store and pizzeria. Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space
