Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Küche, einem Schlafzimmer sowie einem Badezimmer und ist für bis zu 6 Personen (max. 4 Erwachsene geeignet) Für Familien mit Kindern stellen wir gerne viel Zusatzausstattung zur Verfügung, um es Euch einfacher zu machen.

Die 75m² große Wohnung befindet sich im ältesten Teil eines ehemaligen Rauchhauses inmitten der Natur im Oldenburger Land. Die Wohnung wurde 2020 ökologisch saniert. Den ursprüglichen Charakter des Hauses haben wir beibehalten und mit modernen Elementen kombiniert. Vom offenen Ess-/ Wohnbereich gelangt man auf die Terrasse in den Naturgarten, der mit genutzt werden kann. Im Garten gibt es auch einen Bereich für unsere Pferde. Die Wohnung ist barrierefrei und geeingnet für Naturliebhaber.

At the gates of Oldenburg and Bremen, we offer our own granny flat from 2012 with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed is nice and cozy with enough space for 2 people. It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space at the house is available. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.
