My guests appreciate the generosity of the apartment and feel comfortable in a quiet, safe location in close proximity to a forest. Nevertheless, everything will be available shortly. A bakery just around the corner, shopping, gas stations, the highway and the city are 5 minutes by car just around the corner. A laundry where you can do your laundry is just 4 minutes away.

Cozy 80 sqm condo, very central

From this place, you can quickly get to all the important places. Stroll through the small pedestrian zone, sit down to eat in the historic water mill on the castle island, use the proximity to HB + OL for a city tour or drive to the North Sea for a day! I love this apartment, which is a bit outdated. It is absolutely not perfect and certainly not modern, so don't expect 100%! I myself currently live in Berlin and rarely use it, but then with cats

At the gates of Oldenburg and Bremen, we offer our own granny flat from 2012 with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed is nice and large and cozy with enough space for 2 people. It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and its own terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space is available at the house. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.

The 75 m² apartment is located in the oldest part of a former smoking house surrounded by nature in the Oldenburg region. The apartment was ecologically renovated in 2020. We have retained the original character of the house and combined it with modern elements.
