The accommodation is spacious on the ground floor of an old mansion, in a private park. Kitchen equipment is well provided. The place is very wooded at the top of a hill after a 2-kilometer narrow and steep road. However, the few users of this road are vigilant and courteous when crossing vehicles. Arriving at your destination is a quiet little paradise. A nice place in the middle of Tuscany.

We had a beautiful stay at Barbara’s house - we actually even cancelled some of our day trips just to relax there because of the beautiful views, birdsong and relaxed atmosphere! You need a car to access the house, but it’s only 10 mins drive to the nearest train station directly into Florence. Wonderful hiking trails directly from the house with stunning sights across the Tuscan hills. Such a wonderful stay. Thanks Barbara!

Elly was an amazing host. She came by the apartment and showed us maps and recommendations for Florence. The apartment itself was clean and as advertised. It was really nice to be able to do laundry while on our trip. Highly recommend!
