It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Kirkebakken 4 is an old house, where renovation has been done with respect for the house, therefore there is a difference in level on the ground floor as well as stairs to the 1st floor. The house is located in the heart of Mariager and overlooks the town's beautiful and historic monastery church.

Sommerhuset er beliggende i stille sommerhusområde - kun 300m fra vandet i et naturskønt område med mulighed for gode vandreture. Grunden er på 1200m2, så der er masser af plads til kolbøtter, Vikingespil eller et spil badminton. Når du træder ud af indkørslen har du udsigt til vandet 300m nede af vejen.
