Newly built Attefall cottage with all the comforts and high-speed WiFi! The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen, a social area with direct access to a private lovely balcony with sea views and a lovely bathroom with shower. The balcony has both outdoor furniture and sun loungers. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Although the square meters are few, you will find that everything fits in the cabin. Stay in a unique environment in central Uddevalla. Enjoy nature in the scenic Herrestadsfjället or take a boat trip to one of Bohuslän's pearls. With us, you will stay in a small cottage from the 1800s, with a large balcony and access to a garden. You can park on the property and if you want to work for a while, there is a functional workplace with Wi-Fi. Spacious living room with dining table and a generous sofa, a newly renovated kitchen that is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking, upstairs with bedroom and sleeping alcove.

Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double, 2 single and a small boat are available during the stay. Wood-fired hot tub is available

On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Hus på 44kvm med möjlighet att bo fem personer. Huset är vackert beläget med utsikt över ängar och berg. Framför huset finns en stor gräsmatta som kan användas för lekar och andra aktiviteter. Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
