Newly renovated and modern apartment of 90 sqm. The apartment is on the ground floor of a villa, with a separate entrance. - large and spacious hall - fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) - Living room with fireplace, wood included. -two bedrooms with 4 beds - South-facing patio with beautiful views of meadows and mountains. The location of the accommodation provides proximity to the sea, forest, and lakes. It is within walking distance, 2 km, to Hälleviksstrand's swimming area. There are also restaurants, a kiosk, sauna and paddle tennis.

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant vacation in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is designed for 6 people to be able to stay comfortably, but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our lake cabin and Tången's private swimming areas. Tången is located about 500 meters (15-minute walk) east of Mollösund's old community. I stugan finns ett väl utrustat kök, umgängesyta med direkt utgång till en egen härlig altan med havsutsikt och ett läckert badrum med dusch. Altanen har både utemöbler och solsängar. Fem sängplatser totalt, men idealiskt för två vuxna! Även om kvadratmetrarna är få, upplever man att allt ryms i stugan. Direkt utanför finns parkering och här hittar man även stigen ner till bryggan och havet. Solnedgången bänk. Välkomna!

Boende med närhet till allt. Ställ bilen en vecka och njut av närheten till bageri, bad, padel, minigolf, affärer, restauranger och nöjen. Vår stuga ligger mitt i centrum med gångavstånd till allt vad staden har att erbjuda! Där är kök, allrum, wc&dusch samt ett sovrum nere. Sovloftet har tre sängar. Observera att här är ej ståhöjd för vuxna. Dock brukar det vara väldigt uppskattat av våra mindre gäster. Egen baksida med gasolgrill och utemöbler. Ta med sängkläder och handdukar.

Det är fem minuters promenad till havet och i viken finns en eka som man får låna. På ön finns en fiskaffär och restaurang, också den fem minuters promenad från huset. Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
