You live in a wooden house of approx. 95 sqm built in July 2019 from sustainable building materials with individual facade design and many small artistic and creative details - with wooden floor and partly with clay walls that provide a pleasant indoor climate It is an animal- and smoke-free house - it is allergy-friendly, The accommodation is located in a holiday home settlement. It has a garden with a rounded south terrace. On the comfortable terrace furniture, an umbrella and a barbecue can be found. In the house you will find 8 sleeping possibilities - you can choose your bed. It has 2 bedrooms and an open sleeping area under the roof with a large window for observing the starry sky - accessible to the brave and teenagers via a ladder. The bathroom with shower, stone sink and bathtub incorporated in mosaic tiles is opposite the bedrooms. On the ground floor is a large living area with a handmade kitchen, a dining table and a living area (sofa bed) to relax. In the hallway below the stairs you will find a guest toilet and a stone sink. A relaxing time for you

NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the Prinzipalmarkt. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

The kitchen is stocked with food and well-equipped. Attention: The bed is a 180m waterbed of 180m 😊 Since the apartment is used by me as a secondary apartment, there are also personal items of mine. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
