Newly built winterized cottage in Halmstad. Close to the ocean, golf course, college, shopping center and downtown. There is access to just about everything you could possibly need, such as fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, barbecue, etc. In the cabin there is a 140 double bed, two single beds + sofa bed for two. Outdoors there are tables on both the front and back, if you would rather sit on the roof terrace, there is a lounge set to hang by there. There are also amenities such as heat pump/ac as well as underfloor heating as well.

The cottage offers two bedrooms upstairs with two double beds as well as a single bed. On the lower floor, there is a kitchen, dining area and a TV corner with a sofa bed for 2 people. Nice cottage by the sea with one of the best locations on the Eastern beach, stunning sea views ,from upstairs. Most of it is available to make your stay comfortable,microwave oven, two large TVs, several patios and a sea view balcony. Key cabinet with code lock. Lovely cottage from the 50s with nice vintage furniture inspired by the same decade. Is the last cottage on the way out on a cape in Vittsjö's lake area so here you have the calm and quietness, yet is only a walk from shops and trains. The forest is close by and lovely hiking areas. Great fishing just meters from the front door. Here you wake up with a view of beautiful lake! Enjoy the starry skies and owls hoists at night.
