Tranquility and elegance. An absolutely fantastic home that I designed for my getaways in Venice. It took me a year to find it and almost two years to fix it up—it's brand new. I wanted to see the water from the windows, and the gondolas and boats passing by. An amazing water gate! A quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet centrally located and close to the most beautiful and authentic part of Venice. Convenient for going shopping, for the produce stand, or for the bakery, and not far from a vaporetto stop.
