Great host great space for big families

This place was perfect for our needs. Everything was extremely clean, there were a few snacks for us and a birthday balloon. Very quiet area and easy to get to anything you wanted to do. The only thing that we had a small issue was with the wifi upstairs. It wasn’t overly strong and the TV kept losing signal. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect.

I stayed here for a couple of weeks for work. The place is as described, very clean and furniture seems brand new, and the kitchen is well supplied for longer stays. A/C works well, which is very useful since temperatures hit over 100 degrees daily. Very easy access to shops and the highway since it's a 5-10 minutes drive to west Little Rock. Overall a good place to stay!

This is a little gem in the Ozarks. Very quite and extremely clean. Sitting on the porch over looking the lake was perfect. Kayaks are available for you to use. Host are extremely friendly. This is why i continue to return to this location.

Enjoyed our stay at Kim’s place. Right on the water, very peaceful and tranquil. Close to golf and the Balboa beach and marina. Would definitely stay again.

We booked this condo last minute, and it was the most accommodating stay we’ve ever had with Airbnb. The host was very quick to reply, made sure we had what we needed, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Pictures do not do this place justice. It looks and feels brand new when you walk in the door, and everything is meticulous in the whole house. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay, and would recommend this condo to anyone! After staying here we wouldn’t think about booking anywhere else in mount ida. A true gem in a perfectly situated area.

The apartment was even better than expected. Stephen greeted us and was very friendly. The view was pretty, location very quiet, the space was clean, and larger than expected. We enjoyed dinner at the Sunset Grill on the lake . We took a walk at the private beach area on the lake and the spillway which was beautiful. Really loved our stay. GPS initially took us incorrectly to Goose Pond road instead of the community entrance which should've been DeSoto Blvd. That was the only issue we had.

If you are looking at this place book it ! It such a nice place Pam has decorated so nice and she communicated fast Me and my buddies played 3 different golf courses within 5 miles of house .

Lance & Suzanne’s house was more than perfect for our stay. The house had everything we needed & made for a great trip with my niece & her friends. We loved getting to swim off of the dock & kayak. The lake is beautiful! We got to enjoy the view of the lake from the house which was even better. I will definitely stay here again!

Crawford lookout was amazingly beautiful the home was spotless and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the river views are beautiful from the porch. The river was so much fun for our family to sit, swim, float, fish and relax we walked our tubes up the river a few times and floated back to the house. Even when it rained we had plenty of games to play and things to keep ourselves occupied my 9 and 14 year olds never said I’m bored. We had plenty of room and everything was perfect! We’ve stayed in Glenwood at a cabin on the river before but this was our favorite home I would highly recommend the Crawford lookout and look forward to another trip! Book this home and you will have a great time. Keri was very quick to respond with local recommendations when we were looking for a watermelon to enjoy. They have thought of everything you could possibly need for the kitchen and to enjoy your stay.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway with the family to start our summer and we absolutely loved it, it was beautiful and relaxing. The rain didn’t even bother us there were tons of board games so we stayed busy, we’re already talking about coming back in August before school starts to close out our summer! We will definitely visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay at James’ place! It truly felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed—and more—was provided, making our stay incredibly comfortable. James was very responsive and even checked in to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Den. It was clean and cozy. Our kids loved all of the bears (and got obsessed with trying to count them). Sylvia was very communicative and helpful. We did struggle briefly to get the door open at first, but Sylvia quickly helped us sort out the problem. We never had any problems again after that. Great stay overall!

We stayed here for one night before camp drop off. Very peaceful location and comfortable sleeping arrangements for an adult and 4 teens

Anne seriously thought of everything- from feminine products in the bathroom, ibuprofen in the drawer, tea in the cabinet- her attention to detail is unmatched and her place was just gorgeous. will definitely be back!

Perfect Spot, Great View, Amazing Place

We love this place - so much so, we always try to book it if it's available. We've stayed here 4 or 5 times. Is it the most updated condo? No. Is it close to restaurants and stores? No. What this condo has is a beautiful location that is quiet and peaceful. It's always clean, always easy to get in to, and we love it. To be honest, we love it so much, we've reached out to the owner twice to see if they'd ever sell it so we could retire in it! That's how much we love it, and you will too!

We stayed for 2 nights. Condo was cozy, clean. Right on Lake Hamilton. Very peaceful. Would recommend as a quiet getaway for the weekend.

We took our boat to this location because we wanted to be able to use the lake. Being part of the community let us have access to the marina and a covered slip. I think for $35 a day the biggest reason we chose this unit was proximity to the lake and availability of overnight parking for our boat in the water.
