Beachfront holiday rentals in Ouachita River

I can’t state in proper words how excellent our stay was. Very quiet, quaint, and the host was on top of everything requested. This will 100% be added to any upcoming business trips. My recommendation, stay for a week if you can! It’s absolutely beautiful!!

We went for a girls trip and the house was perfect for us girls! We enjoyed the hot tub and patio outside each afternoon/evening. The washer/dryer was great to have for both bath towels and beach towels! The only downside about the house was the steep stairs down to the boat ramp! They are quite steep and quite a bit of them. BUT the view of the lake and location is absolutely amazing. Perfect for any kind of trip, from a family trip to a bachelorette trip. Tamara was very kind and provided all necessary information in a timely manner and responded quickly when we had any questions. All activities and restaurants (Hot Springs Marina, Luna Bella, Pancake Shop, Fisherman’s Wharf, Bubba Brews, etc. ) we went to were within 20 to 30 minutes of the house and we were able to get Ubers with no problem. Door dash also delivers to this location. Overall, great experience!

Very nice place and very clean, peaceful environment. Me and my wife needed relaxation from our daily life and boy did we get it. Just about 5 min from private beach, 45 min to Hot Springs, 20 min to town. Would definitely stay here again, Thanks

We celebrated my wife’s 63rd birthday on the water in this beautiful lake house on the water. The views from the back porch in the hot tub were panoramic along with morning and evening sunsets that were gorgeous. We would visit again and recommend this getaway. Thanks Scott for your hosting.

Great place to escape and relax. Updated, clean and just fun overall. Great place to go spend the day on the river. Highly recommended!

I recently had the most amazing stay at an Airbnb that felt like a little slice of paradise. Tucked away in a peaceful corner of nature, this place was the perfect mix of cozy charm and modern comfort. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for something special. The space was thoughtfully decorated with warm touches and unique details — think soft linens, local art, and a view that made every morning coffee feel magical. The hosts went above and beyond, providing little extras that help accommodate our stay ,a welcome note, and tips for exploring the area like a local. I spent my days lounging on the deck, reading with the sound of birds in the background, and evenings soaking in a dreamy outdoor tub under the stars. It was the kind of stay that makes you slow down, breathe deeper, and feel grateful. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway that feels like home but better, I can’t recommend this place enough. We rented Dennis's condo for my daughter's 16th birthday. It was everything she wanted! She and her friends went kayaking, swam off the dock and at the beach, relaxed in the hot tub, and made s'mores at the fire pit. There was plenty of space for the 5 of them to sleep (as well as a place upstairs for my husband and myself!). Dennis was in communication with us to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful experience, and I hope we are able to visit again for a family trip.

Perfect quant getaway right on the water! Host is extremely helpful finding local restaurants and responsive with any questions we had.

What an experience! My husband and I visited for his 36th birthday and we were both blown away from the moment we arrived to the home! The residence what absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We even enjoyed dinner at the company’s restaurant and had a delicious meal with exceptional service! Kristen was a wonderful host! She communicated effectively and in a timely manner. We look forward to visiting again!

We stayed for our anniversary. We had such a good time and the Airbnb was nice and cosy. My 6 year old loved having her own room and we loved the little twin bed nook in our room in case she got scared. She also really loved the skylights. It was very easy to find but our GPS took us to the wrong gate. Dennis was really quick to respond and gave us a different address to get us to the correct spot. We had so much fun and can’t wait to do it again next year! Thanks so much for hosting us.

Such a hidden Gem!!!! Beautiful house, felt so at peace and calm! We had a great weekend, place was clean and beautiful! Pool was well kept and clean.

We were looking for an off the beaten path place to stay and that is exactly what we got! It was quiet and peaceful! The sunrise and sunset from the porch were breathtaking! The Jo was very accommodating and was great to work with! We will definitely be staying there again!

We had such a relaxing peaceful time. The kids done some fishing while I sipped my coffee from the balcony. Me and my daughter done some baking and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. The sitting area on the bottom area had plenty of room for the whole family. We had a great time and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

Nice overall stay. Private location and peaceful. The outdoor space could have been cleaned up more prior to our arrival. Indoor space was nice and tidy. 15 minutes to the softball fields.

The "cabin" was a well-appointed home that slept 6 or more. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and pillows and comforters. The mini-split ac/heaters worked very well and were well placed and easy to use. Bathrooms were strategically placed with plenty of linens, etc. The kitchen had plenty of supplies as needed as far as pots and pans and accoutrement. The living room was very comfortable with the large sofa with recliners on each end, TV and game sets attached. The deck was very comfortable with the Adirondak chairs and plenty of room. Down by the water there were more chairs and a fire pit with stumps to use as tables as needed. It was very pretty and serene. We truly enjoyed ourselves - two sisters on a sister time out!

Great clear communication, fast responses. Home was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to run in for a meal. We joked that we could fish off of the back deck, it was so close to the water! Unfortunately didn’t get to fish or swim this time due to rain but would definitely stay here again so maybe next time!

Sheri’s place was fantastic! The views were wonderful, and the house was perfect for our stay. The kids had their own space, and there were plenty of tvs for rainy days. The lake is right out the back door, with a huge yard for kids to play in. The dock was so fun for the kids to jump off of, and we loved it all! The location was quiet and private, and we look forward to staying here again. Thank you for having such a beautiful home and letting us stay here!
