Cottage holiday rentals in Ouachita River

We had a very nice stay in a very clean, comfortable, well furnished and equipped location. Clear and easy check-in and out. Well maintained grounds and modern amenities. Hot tub stole the show…. Very clean and under a very nicely furnished patio. Got to soak in the hot tub and listen to the rain on patio metal roof. We highly recommend this location.

WOW!! Are you kidding me? We have stayed at over 600 places on Airbnb over the course of 3 years. Key west homes, Vail, CO homes, Destin Fl, Vegas and several others with the best "vacation views" in the country. But who would of thought after all the luxury stays and beautiful beaches that we would find the mostpeaceful,beautiful,simple,relaxing,open,quiet,charming and welcoming property on the website. I was 100% caught off guard when check out game and we legitimately did not want to leave. We have a stunning home on lake Hamilton and most would be eagerly awaiting being home but we were not. The listing does not do this place justice! Kathy from start to finish was accommodating, polite and had the true attitude and demeanor of a host. Her only need or want was for us to relax and enjoy our stay. The property itself is gorgeous, pond had fish everywhere, hot tub was perfectly clean,had separate towels and BT speakers for outside, house stocked with everything you need or want! LOVE

The Cottage was lovely and well equipped with the deck right on the waterfront. Guests need to be aware there are two other properties in the complex so be aware as the ambiance can change depending on who your neighbours are . Overall a great location and great place to stay

We were able to get into the home with a wheelchair ramps fairly easy. I know that the host clearly indicated some issues with the wheel chair accessibility of the Home. it would be great to allow more wheelchair bound individuals to enjoy Holly Lake if maybe grab bars could be installed in the bathroom downstairs. Wonderful stay!!!! Beautiful home!!!

Our family stayed in the Cowboy Cabin and the Cottage for Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful time. Both cabins were very clean, had everything we needed, and, with the furnishings and decor, they were very inviting. The hot tubs were a bonus! Holly was very helpful and polite. We all agreed that we would love to stay there again. Thank you, Holly!

I do quite a lot of traveling especially to Broken Bow.. It’s always a pleasure visiting this quiet little big village.. This is the 1st time I’ve actually stayed over the weekend and it didn’t disappoint..

We only had the opportunity to stay one night, but the house was pretty awesome. It’s right on the lake with a great outdoor space. Plenty of area to hang out and relax. The house has all modern upgrades and the decor is done exceptionally well. We have stayed at quite a few places, and this is one of our favorites.

Very peaceful, great location next to Garvin Woodland Gardens in just a few minutes away from Lake Catherine State Park

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage had everything we needed and the kids loved the game room. Lake and swim dock were very nice but it was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy that part.

This cottage was so cute! It was just as described, and I loved all the thoughtful details. It was also dog friendly, with a great backyard. The bed was comfy and the location was so close to the highway. We would definitely come back to stay at Hattie’s!

We’ve stayed here plenty of times and will continue to come back each time we are in the area. Cabins are comfortable and clean. Staff members are amazing! The view is superb! Thanks for another great stay!

Ms Laura was very helpful with everything. We asked for a few hours extra and she did not charge extra like lots of other hosts would. She was very accommodating with us. It’s a small and cozy place perfect for 2 ppl on a wknd get away. Back yard view is a great rolling hill to sit on porch and read.

This is the best place for my wife and I! Marie is off the charts when it comes to customer satisfaction!!! The great cottage is on Lake Hamilton and it is everything my wife and I dreamed of! We are coming back no doubt!!! Relaxing on the huge deck over the water was amazing!! We walked in and there were fresh flowers and everything you would need in a kitchen. We just got home tonight and we are looking to when we can go again! Thanks again Marie!!

Elaine’s hospitality is unmatched. Bessie’s is spotless, the kitchen is always stocked with fresh eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, etc and carafes of flavored tea and milk, frozen foods, fresh fruit and bakery items, snacks and wines. This trip she offered to let us tour the main house with her. She told us the history of many of the items in the house, which is just beautifully decorated. A step back in history. We have nothing but good things to say about Bessie’s Landing. It’s our go to for sure.

This place was lovely! It was like a home away from home! The host was fantastic and so welcoming. I even got to meet some of the chickens! It was just amazing. It was far enough from town to get away from all of the noise but close enough to jump right back in!

Our weekend here was just what we needed to unwind for a few days very peaceful and quite we got to meet Joe and he was a very sweet kind man and we enjoyed visiting with him and playing with Bella. We will most definitely stay with Joe again when we are back in the area!

First time using Air BnB. This was a great experience. Our host was friendly and conveyed all necessary information before we got there. The house was clean, and the surrounding environment was very peaceful.

Anna’s place was a little piece of heaven. Out of the hustle and bustle of town and very private! We loved it and loved Al the nature surrounding it. She’s got the house well stocked with games for the kids and we had the best time together just staying in and enjoying everything she’s got there to offer! The house is well equipped and wonderful all the way around! Can’t recommend this place enough if you want some peace and quiet relaxation. Great for families or couples! Highly recommended!

The home was very clean and I will definitely rent again.

The "cabin" was a well-appointed home that slept 6 or more. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets and pillows and comforters. The mini-split ac/heaters worked very well and were well placed and easy to use. Bathrooms were strategically placed with plenty of linens, etc. The kitchen had plenty of supplies as needed as far as pots and pans and accoutrement. The living room was very comfortable with the large sofa with recliners on each end, TV and game sets attached. The deck was very comfortable with the Adirondak chairs and plenty of room. Down by the water there were more chairs and a fire pit with stumps to use as tables as needed. It was very pretty and serene. We truly enjoyed ourselves - two sisters on a sister time out!

This place has everything you need, fit 5 people comfortably. Close to the city yet felt far away. A great place to get away.
