Holiday rentals with a kayak in Ouachita River

We had a lovely stay at this adorable yurt. The inside was updated and well decorated. We had plenty of room to hang out. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in the Hot Springs area, but not in town.

Great place! Super clean. They just purchased a new hot tub and it worked great. We used it daily. My husband and grown sons loved the pool table. I loved the swing on the balcony. My husband used the grill one night and said it heated up really well. My son and daughter in law used the paddle board and kayak twice. The dock hasn't been rebuilt yet but they were able to get in the water right next to the fence with no problem. Wear bug spray if you go down to the water. There are vicious red bugs that ate my husband up! Definitely would recommend Eric's place and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

My family had the best time staying at this house! We had 4 adults and 2 kids (5 and 8 years old). The house itself is beautiful. It looks newly built. We’re a big fishing family and having the dock right there was a huge bonus for us. The water was still a bit too cold to swim, but that didn’t stop the kiddos! They had a blast. The house has extra life jackets, fishing poles, and has kayaks! I know there’s some comments about the neighborhood looking rough compared to the beautiful home being rented, but the neighborhood wasn’t bad at all. We didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. I consider it just a normal “lake property” where there’s a mix of homes, RVs, trailers, etc. It didn’t bother us one bit. Thomas was quick to respond if we had a question. Everywhere we ate was delicious. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

The house and property are exactly as described. “Serene” is the perfect word to describe our family’s experience at this property. Julie and Rory are friendly, accommodating, and very responsive hosts. Thank you! The direct lake access was the high note. Our family enjoyed the views, grilling, fishing, and kayaks. The area is very safe and quiet. The house is modern and very clean. Many little touches around the house made the stay even more enjoyable. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay at this place!

Cozy cabin with a beautiful view in a great location. Super thankful for a fully stocked kitchen, spacious deck and pier for fishing and hanging out. Highly recommend the Y Knott Lodge! Thank you for being so accommodating for us.

Lance & Suzanne’s house was more than perfect for our stay. The house had everything we needed & made for a great trip with my niece & her friends. We loved getting to swim off of the dock & kayak. The lake is beautiful! We got to enjoy the view of the lake from the house which was even better. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, felt very quiet and peaceful. Everything made us feel right at home. The only thing was the walk to the dock was steep, but doable. We had lots of fun on the lake with the canoes. Also, we appreciated all the accommodations for little ones since we had our grandchildren (2y & 6y) with us.

We enjoyed our stay. The cottage had everything we needed and the kids loved the game room. Lake and swim dock were very nice but it was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy that part.

Clean, cozy, and felt just like home with its own unique character. Great location and an excellent host — super responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Christopher was very nice and very helpful. He is very quick to respond to any questions or needs. The cabin was exactly as described and the area was very quiet and peaceful. We had an excellent stay.

Enjoyed our stay at Vanessa’a lake house. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching the wildlife in area. This place is the perfect spot if you’re looking to check out the hot springs as well.

We’ve stayed here plenty of times and will continue to come back each time we are in the area. Cabins are comfortable and clean. Staff members are amazing! The view is superb! Thanks for another great stay!

Me and my little family absolutely loved this home. It had literally all of the essentials . And was so cute and put together.

Our family just loved it here, I think I was throwing a bigger fit leaving than my five year old! I could’ve stayed there forever! It was the perfect little family weekend and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We have lots of people asking about the tree house from pictures I posted in Fayetteville! I have highly recommended this place and we will be back before the end of summer! Making this a must do for our family every year! We appreciated how squeaky clean they kept the space and the atmosphere was super sweet and friendly, if you’re considering taking your kids here, just book the trip! ♥️

the multiple levels of the decks were absolutely lovely and the height enabled us to be able to see the water and enjoy The View. The host, Brandon, was absolutely wonderful and accommodating.

If you are wanting a nice, quiet place to escape all of life’s craziness, this is the place for you! We loved the quiet, peacefulness. It is far enough out get away from everything yet close enough to several things to do. The cabin was lovely and very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was the perfect get away for us, our kids and grandkids. We enjoyed fishing, paddle boating, the fire pit, and the beautiful view. We would definitely come back to this quaint place. The hosts even had a personalized welcome for us! The kitchen was stocked with spices and thankfully coffee filter since we forgot ours! We made so many wonderful memories and I know the grandkids will be begging to go back!

I requested to book at the very last minute. Jennifer responded promptly, was flexible, accommodating and very pleasant to interact with. Though POINT Emerald Cabin looked nice on the outside, the inside was exquisite, designed & decorated like a picture out of a magazine! The living area had 2 skylights & a stone fireplace, and both bedrooms were spacious, had large windows & doors opening to the screened-in back porch. Outside, the water surrounded the big backyard on 3 sides and had beautiful, tall Cypress trees growing out of it, through which to kayak or canoe using the plenty available. There were also 3 different areas set up with lawn/patio furniture to relax and take in the scenery: one in front by the grill, another in the side yard near the boathouse, and a third around a firepit near the water. Despite undesirable weather, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and plan to return very soon! Thank you again Jennifer for being a great host!

We loved kayaking,; the hotub, the bed, and the cat!

This is one of our favorite places to stay! The cabin is peaceful and secluded, overlooking the river. The home is beautiful with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed grilling out and sitting around the campfire listening to the river directly in front us. April was quick to respond and extremely helpful when I had questions. This cabin remains on our ‘return to’ list!

We had a wonderful stay at Paradise Pines! The cabin was warm and welcoming, it is well docked with everything you could need for your stay. I’m fairly particular about where we choose to stay and I would absolutely recommend Jody’s place with no hesitations. We hope to stay again if we’re back in the area!
