Guest house holiday rentals in Ouachita River

I rented William's place for my son and new daughter-in-law for their wedding night. They loved the comfort and proximity to downtown. I will definitely recommend this rental to anyone needing a place in Jefferson ♡

Great spot! Clean, comfortable and a cute little welcome dog the greeted us on arrival and said good morning the next day. ONLY con is that as a busy family who doesn’t know how long it’s going to actually take us to get places on road trips due to potty breaks etc I love when places have electronic locks so that no one else is waiting on us. I always feel bad when a host wants to greet us and I have to change the time and make them wait. Regardless, they were there to greet us when we finally made it with a welcome smile. Thanks!!

I really had a great stay the host was great loved the gated property didnt have to take my things out of my boat. Will definitely look them up again. If u need a quite get away definitely recommend this airbnb close to cross lake and very clean.

It’s a beautiful space. The location is a little iffy. But I felt super secure since the property is behind a gate! Claretha is an amazing host!

Great location in the heart of Hillcrest. An easy 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and coffee shops on Kavanaugh. There's also a Kroger within walking distance if you need groceries. I'm all about the walkability of an airbnb, and this was perfect and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Another plus for Jeremy's airbnb was the parking. Pretty easy to find and you get a nice spot under the carport next to the airbnb. Loved not having to deal with street parking in Hillcrest although I will say there were several spots available on the adjacent streets if you have more than one car. The actual place was easy to find, easy to get into, and very clean. There are two AC units in the place that kept the room nice and cool throughout our stay. The stairs up to the loft look a little perilous, but we didn't have any problems using them. They are pretty narrow so keep that in mind, but I think the pictures he posted gave us a good idea what to expect. Would def stay here again.

This lakefront place was great. Had plenty to do, kayaks, row boat, canoe ,fishing , pool table, barbecue grill there was no need to even leave the property, everything was perfect. We had everything we needed and Donna and her husband are 2 of the nicest people. We had a great time and we will definitely stay here more often.!

Doug has thought of everything as his place, The Carriage House, is fully equipped, extremely tidy (immaculate, in fact) and efficient in terms of amenities. Books, games, menus for local restaurants, snacks, and coffee are available; he has simply gone over the top to provide a great experience in a wonderful neighborhood. Unexpectedly, Doug's place has a quaint and peaceful garden spot, that served me as a coffee spot in the morning as well as space for some exercise. You can't go wrong by staying there.

Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings and a well-appointed, comfortable cabin for a quiet retreat. Tami was extremely responsive and helpful. Take advantage of a massage if you can! My wife enjoyed it, and added to the relaxing atmosphere. Sitting on the porch and watching the hummingbirds and deer was a added bonus for what is already an excellent rental just near enough to all there is to do in Hot Springs, but in the country enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Spotlessly clean, easy parking, Kara was very responsive, quiet and easy to enjoy ourselves.

Heather's place was great! It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to lots of interesting things to see and do. It was very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay! The only minor improvement I would suggest is more clearly stating where the gate is to get back to the apartment, as it was a bit hard to find when we arrive late on the first night of our stay.

Super friendly and very kind! The space had everything we needed amenities wise and was a very cozy space for the weekend!

This was a great experience for myself and my boyfriend. The place was gorgeous as well as the area. Everything was as we expected -beautiful, quiet, neat, and clean. The instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We even received a message 1/2 way through our stay just to make sure we were good.

This was everything we could’ve possibly hoped for. We had the perfect blend of total quiet and rest and yet were able to enjoy the surrounding attractions. The house is so clean. It is hard to believe. The hosts, John, and Beverly, were a delight and provided the exact amount of help needed, when needed. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful quite getaway that was very clean and had everything we needed .

Totally enjoyed the guest house. It was exactly as described. The lake is beautiful and the dock was a great place to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. We did get to visit with Cynthia and she was charming. The snacks and coffee were welcomed extras. The only thing I can recommend is to bring your own pillow. I was fine with the pillows there but my husband thought they were too big. Thankfully we always carry his when we travel. Definitely would recommend this guest house.

I had a great stay in this cozy RV camper! Super clean, well-stocked, and peaceful. Jason js very friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The hosts were fantastic and the place was better than advertised. I highly recommend the location for it quietness, walkability, upgrades to place, accessibility to major roads and local attractions.

Excellent host and communicator! Very responsive and The Little House was all we needed for a long weekend. Even got to feel at home with a white Australian Shepherd greeting us like we have at home.

I really enjoyed my stay at Robert's place. Prior to my arrival, Robert responded quickly to any questions I had. The online pictures of the house were accurate and portrayed the house well. The house was very comfortable, clean and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. There was plenty of hot water and enough water pressure for a good shower. The onsite washer and dryer worked well and allowed me to go home with clean clothes. The back yard was beautiful for sitting outside under a huge tree that my plant identifier indicated was either a black walnut or pecan tree. On occasion, I was able to see the beautiful bay horse next door munching on the grass. It's a very peaceful setting. I was grateful for the private off-street parking just steps away from the front door. There is a house next door that is visible but with the blinds closed on that side of the house, you wouldn't know the house was there, and I felt very private. All in all, it's a cozy place to stay!

Spotlessly clean. Super friendly. Private and quiet. Just right.

This place was a great place to just relax and get away. I would definitely come back here and rest a few days.
