Tiny house holiday rentals in Ouachita River

This was a great place for my needs for the week. I will definitely stay again in the future and would and have all ready recommended it to my friends.

The cottage was immaculate and in a great location. Antoinette is a wonderful host. She accommodated my leave time and kept in touch during a significant storm the night I stayed. Highly recommend!

Ms Laura was very helpful with everything. We asked for a few hours extra and she did not charge extra like lots of other hosts would. She was very accommodating with us. It’s a small and cozy place perfect for 2 ppl on a wknd get away. Back yard view is a great rolling hill to sit on porch and read.

This place was great and the host was very accommodating. Came down for a rodeo held locally and this stay was very convenient to the arena. The girls swam and played when they had time and we were able to rest from the heat. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

This cabin was an awesome place to hang out. Marcia goes above and beyond as a host to make sure you get the most out of your stay. I highly recommend a few days in the cabin to unwind.

Great spot! Clean, comfortable and a cute little welcome dog the greeted us on arrival and said good morning the next day. ONLY con is that as a busy family who doesn’t know how long it’s going to actually take us to get places on road trips due to potty breaks etc I love when places have electronic locks so that no one else is waiting on us. I always feel bad when a host wants to greet us and I have to change the time and make them wait. Regardless, they were there to greet us when we finally made it with a welcome smile. Thanks!!

The cabin was beautiful! Exactly as pictured. The area was private and peaceful . We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location in the heart of Hillcrest. An easy 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and coffee shops on Kavanaugh. There's also a Kroger within walking distance if you need groceries. I'm all about the walkability of an airbnb, and this was perfect and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Another plus for Jeremy's airbnb was the parking. Pretty easy to find and you get a nice spot under the carport next to the airbnb. Loved not having to deal with street parking in Hillcrest although I will say there were several spots available on the adjacent streets if you have more than one car. The actual place was easy to find, easy to get into, and very clean. There are two AC units in the place that kept the room nice and cool throughout our stay. The stairs up to the loft look a little perilous, but we didn't have any problems using them. They are pretty narrow so keep that in mind, but I think the pictures he posted gave us a good idea what to expect. Would def stay here again.

The only complaint would be the driveway was really hard to get in and out of with a boat, but other than that the whole stay was great!

Doug has thought of everything as his place, The Carriage House, is fully equipped, extremely tidy (immaculate, in fact) and efficient in terms of amenities. Books, games, menus for local restaurants, snacks, and coffee are available; he has simply gone over the top to provide a great experience in a wonderful neighborhood. Unexpectedly, Doug's place has a quaint and peaceful garden spot, that served me as a coffee spot in the morning as well as space for some exercise. You can't go wrong by staying there.

Cozy cabin with wonderful views from all spaces. The outdoor spaces were what made this exceptional. We spent a whole day in the downstairs patio with multiple seating options, hot tub and a tv. The river view was gorgeous and loved the sound of it.

Angela was a wonderful host! She was super kind and flexible, she even let me extend my stay an extra day, which I really appreciated. The Airbnb itself was so cute and cozy. It was decorated so nicely, it felt luxury. It also had everything we needed and more. We especially loved the Nespresso machine, the snacks left out for us, and the big TV, such thoughtful touches that made our stay feel really comfortable and homey.

Let me say this was the best little retreat for a single person needing a recharge or a couple needing a private getaway. Located off the banks of the Arkansas river with breathtaking views in the morning and evening. Beautifully decorated and as others shared, the back porch with the hanging egg chairs were the best to take in all the views at night and in the morning. It was hard to leave and know I was headed back to reality. Plenty of nice walking trails and restaurants close by. Going back in a few weeks and cannot wait!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The listing was just as described. The cabin was very cozy and neat. Pet friendly homes are a must for us and our pup and there was plenty of room for her to run around safely while we were there. Ashley’s directions to the cabin were spot on, it is definitely tucked back in the woods. I would recommend coming in an SUV or truck. Kayaks provided for guest enjoyment were great as well.

The cabin was really cute, efficient, and most importantly, immaculate. It sits on a private stretch of green space with big shady trees and a little pond across the road. There is one other tiny sister cabin right next door, but we still had plenty of space and privacy. Our dogs were able to wander around without me fearing roads/cars, and the kids caught fireflies before bedtime. The little loft was quite the entertainment for my 6 and 2.5yr old, and if my 6yr old were just a wee bit more courageous it would’ve been a fun spot for her to sleep with the floor mat up there. All in all, worth every penny, really clean, and easy button easy, which is exactly what you’re looking for when hauling kids, and dogs, and bikes across country!

Charming Getaway, We had an amazing stay at the time out cabin! The location was perfect for winding down after exploring downtown hot springs. The house was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I absolutely loved the privacy that came with the hot tub and cowboy pool. Theresa was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. They provided us many pamphlet recommendations for local restaurants and were very accommodating with our arrival time. Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Great place! 2min walk to the lake. Had small issue getting the kayak wheel dolly going but Jason was very helpful walking us through how to get them to work and we were able to make it to the lake. Hoping to be back soon!

Such a precious getaway with a scenic drive. Very convenient to bath house row and other attractions around Hot Springs. Our host was very responsive and gave detailed instructions. She also included a tour guide of some cool things and good places to eat. 1000000/10 thank you :)
