Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

The accommodation is quietly located in the Bergisches Land, at the same time only 20 minutes from the Cologne trade fair and the Cologne/Bonn airport. You can reach the A4 in 2 minutes. Our cozily furnished tiny house is the ideal place to relax and for a romantic getaway. Located in the middle of the Bergisches Land in a small and quiet village, you can enjoy the tranquility on a separate and fenced property of 1,500 square meters. With a bit of luck you can watch deer, foxes, owls and rabbits.

We rent this beautiful in-law (approx. 60 m2) with separate entrance and direct access to nature in the Sauerland. The apartment has one double bedroom for 2 people and another room with sofa bed for 2 people . Optionally, it is possible to use the high-quality sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The sofa bed has an integrated mattress for permanent sleepers. You will benefit from free WiFi and private parking on the accommodation.

The fully equipped and cozy kitchen-living room with work corner is connected to it. The adjoining terrace with seating and a Hollywood swing may also be used. Within 1 km you will find everything for everyday needs. Hiking trails and mountain bike trails, as well as some restaurants offer many leisure activities.

When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake. Sun loungers, a SuP and a kayak are available there.

Shopping and restaurants are a 5-10 minute drive, while the center of Cologne is a 30-minute drive.
