Ideally located between the port and the beach, at the foot of the GR 34 for pleasant hikes to the Pointe de Guilben and the Abbey of Beauport, close to the Vélomaritime cycle path. You are a 15-minute walk to the port and the city center and 5 minutes to a small secluded beach where you can swim at high tide. Paimpol is the strategic place to discover the island of Bréhat, the Talbert Gorge and the pink granite coast. Close to the train station, you can be independent without a car.

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors.
