There are wooden terraces to the south and east – there is also a covered terrace. It is a modern, stylish year-round house for the environmentally conscious, as there is geothermal heating and extra insulation, which significantly reduces electricity consumption and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. There is underfloor heating everywhere.

Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

On the large natural grounds with spruce trees and apple orchards, there are fantastic views over fields, streams and forests - here you can relax and completely unwind. Here you can recharge in the quiet surroundings - and the cottage offers all the basic necessities; The cottage consists of a room and a bathroom. In the large room, there is a nice bed (140 cm/three-quarter), kitchen facilities with, among other things, a dishwasher, sofa (sofa bed), dining area and entrance. The small functional bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower.

The house is 47 m2 with 2 rooms, one with a double bed and one with a 3/2 bed as well as a very nice annex of about 25 m2 with a room with 3/2 bed and a large building with washing machine and dryer as well as a fridge/freezer. There is Wi-Fi, a heat pump and a wood-burning stove. Welcome to our summerhouse by the beach. The house sits in a private location without prying eyes of people passing by, tucked in between the sand dunes of the west coast. Less than 100 meters via the private path from the house and you are on the most beautiful stetch of beach between Rødhus and Blokhus. The house was fully renovated in 2021. Theres is Fiber wireless internet, however no televisions as this is a place of relaxation - go out and enjoy the beach 😀

Nice cottage close to the beach

Relax and enjoy the summer in this beautiful cottage. The house is located on a scenic ground (2400 squeare meters ) from which you can glimpse the sea and enjoy the sunset. The house is located very close to the dunes (2nd row). The walk to the beach is only about 15 min mostly through the dunes. If you prefer it is also possible to take the car and drive on the beach.
