You have a magnificent view over the harbor. In the bedroom, a double bed is available (180 × 200). In the living & dining area, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. Parking is free at the harbor square. Bicycles can be stored in the hallway. Renovation of the exterior facade starting August 17, 2022.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Neben dem 85qm großen Innenbereich, der sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt, steht außerdem ein schöner, kleiner Garten zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung eignet sich super für 1 bis 2 Personen, ob Urlauber oder Geschäftsreisende. Das Zentrum (Papenburg Obenende) ist fußläufig zu erreichen und bietet verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Apotheken etc. Die Meyer-Werft ist etwa 6 km entfernt.

Haus Eierhof

Our house is located in the small village of Nenndorf, a district of Papenburg. In the northern Emsland in the immediate vicinity of East Frisia and about 50 km from the North Sea. It is characterized by its rural location, far away from tourist crowds. There are 2 parking spaces right by the house. There is also a wallbox for charging electric cars. For the little guests there is a large trampoline, a swing and a slide in the garden.

Beautiful cozy apartment in a cul-de-sac location with a large garden, covered terrace and a fireplace in the dining room for cozy evenings. Due to the good location, you can quickly reach various destinations, whether Papenburg 6 km, Emden, Aurich, Werlte, Sögel or Holland. All destinations can be reached quickly, and there are also very nice cycling and hiking trails here. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.
