Typical caiçara house, from stick to pique, with spectacular views. Close to rivers, waterfalls, beaches, and trails. Two bedrooms, living room and balcony, with kitchen and external bathroom, fibre-cement roof, fan, electric shower, two double beds and two single beds. Boat access not included via pier of Paraty Historic Center or Paraty-Mirim Beach. Access trail to the house of approximately 200 meters up the hill. Not recommended for the elderly, children and the disabled.
