Walking through the historic center and discovering its restaurants and shops is always a pleasure. It is a safe residential neighborhood with service facilities.

Eco-friendly bamboo and clay house, simple but charming. Close to the beach, paved street and easy access, backyard and shared garage. We live in the front house and the bamboo house is in the back. Bedroom/living room, bathroom, pantry, kitchen. Breakfast will be available in the kitchen to be prepared by the guest at the time they wish (fruits, breads, cold cuts, coffee, milk, butter, cream cheese, eggs and cake) We have bicycles at the disposal of our guests. The residence, perfect for a couple, is on the first floor of a historic townhouse, on the city's main street and block. The house was recently renovated by the couple themselves, based on respect for its history, the imperfections of an ancestral handmade construction, associated with contemporary and comfortable living.

Relax in this unique and cozy place. We are 400 meters from Jabaquara Beach and 1,700 meters from the historic center. Share this tropical paradise with us. We are surrounded by nature, birds and sometimes we receive visits from wild animals. My husband and I live in the front house and the 2 studios are in the back. We are available for any requests and are far enough away to maintain your privacy. In the neighborhood, there is a market/bakery, bars and restaurants.

The suite and amenities mentioned, except the garage, are located, totally independently, in the back of my family home, where I, my wife and daughter reside. The Dom Jardim studio is a super new, private and independent space located on the back of our house on the beach of Jabaquara (200 meters from the beach) The studio has a beautiful bathroom, TV, wi fi, yard and mini kitchen with minibar, coffee maker and barbecue. Private garage Private yard with native trees and plants. We provide bed and bath linens.

Casinha Missanga is a holiday house in a garden. The house has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, which can be used as a lounge, when it is used by a couple only. All spaces are fully furnished. The house has 44 m², plus varanda, churrascaria, shower to the pool and a little laundry.
