Welcome to a large villa in Partille, 12 km east of Gothenburg. The villa is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop that takes you to central Gothenburg in about 25 minutes. If you arrive by car, there is plenty of space outside to park your car. The nearest grocery store is a 4-minute walk away. With a 4-minute walk, you can also reach a small swimming lake. Hiking trails and exercise trails pass near the house. Shopping malls with over 100 stores are 5 minutes away by car.

Naturen på ön är mångskiftande med öppet hav och klippor i väst, små jordbruk och skog mitt på ön.
