Monthly Rentals in Pavana

The accommodation is located in a historic building (old customs on the Via Francigena) in the suburbs of Pavana (where Franc Guccini lives), a quiet and sheltered area. In the night sovereign silence :-). The renovated hold style has been available for a couple of weeks, and as the host said, there are still a few details to complete. But what I noticed is a perfectly clean place, there is everything you need to cook (I didn't use it but there's everything and clean), espresso machine and microwave, including a couple of bottles of water and a milk bag in the fridge. There is everything to be able to stay there even for several days, including the washing machine, cleaning supplies, and personal hygiene. The rooms are very big, including the bathroom. There were two of us, but six people can be there. To all this we add the super-cortesia of Laurentiu and his wife, two great beautiful people. Finally we had dinner with them... divine dinner. The accommodation is in a small village in the mountains and we felt really good there! The view from the bedroom is breathtaking. Celia was very responsive throughout our stay. I would order this accommodation :)

Wonderful spot in the heart of Porretta Terme! Beautiful village, walking distance to everything, close to the thermal spa. Charming apartment, felt like home, with a fairytale view of the river. I will be back! Thank you also for such care, kindness and hospitality. Wonderful all around :)

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Can step from the backyard onto miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails to the nearby, incredible views from the second outdoor dinner table, house was clean and surprisingly well-equipped for how rural the area is (dependable power, warm shower, thoroughly well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable beds, clean and delicious spring water available from the taps, the works). Host was very responsive and helped with issues, even despite not being in the area the weekend of our visit, and they sent someone (Marco) to help bring our things, drive to and from the town center, and treat us to some local wine and fresh bread when we arrived. Marco was also very responsive, one text away, and happy to help with anything that we needed. Overall a really comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Would happily stay again.
