Excellent Stay Near Perimeter Circle – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic stay at Jerod’s Airbnb near Perimeter Circle! The space was exactly as described clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It was in a great location, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything I needed during my trip. Jerod was a fantastic host he was very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. Stop thinking and just BOOK! Mario was literally the perfect host from the beginning. Easy instructions to get in. He was also very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and lots of things to do that are close walking distance. And the view was beautiful!!! Def would book again when we come back to ATL.

This is honestly one of the best places to stay in the area! The hosts are so kind and polite; they treated me like family. They are genuinely some of the kindest people. The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. This guest house is way more beautiful in person than in the photos! The location is pristine and peaceful. The space was ample, clean, and beautifully decorated. The guest house is completely separate from the main house, which was important for me. Sandi was very helpful, pleasant, and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Tiff was very helpful and responsive when I needed her. She was always one call away, and even though it was difficult for my first time traveling she let me know that everything was okay and if I needed anything just call. She also decorated the room for me just to make sure my wife’s stay was special❤️

As an Atlanta native, I booked this stay for a quick change of scenery and was very pleased with the experience. The check-in process was smooth and clearly outlined, with helpful photos to guide the way. The space matched the description and photos exactly. It was clean, quiet, and private overall, no complaints.

Veronica’s apartment was extremely clean, and located in a safe and quiet location. It’s an easy commute to downtown Decatur. We’d stay again.

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

We enjoyed our stay. Great amenities on site. Really enjoyed sunset on the rooftop pool.

Patricia and the place are exceptional. It makes you feel home away from home. My son and I stayed at her place a couple of times, and it has become our favorite place to travel to. This is the best airbnb in Atlanta. Highly recommended
