Monthly Rentals in Penobscot River

Was a great little spot it looked just like the pictures and was comfortable and peaceful!

We have stayed at Emilia’s places several times and are always happy to do so. It is an awesome place to stay while visiting UMaine. The location can’t be beat. The kitchen is functional and well stocked. We always get supplies from their store and cook at home for some meals. It is clean, comfortable and great parking. You can walk to restaurants, bars, the library and the river. We will miss it now that our Black Bear has graduated.

Communication & welcoming experience from booking throughout check out was excellent! We had electric go out which was an unexpected bump in the road but Erik was on it even offering his home for showers if needed!🥰

Franks’ place is exactly what my friends and I needed. Clean, cozy, and full of modern amenities. BBQ grill was clean. Close to all the points of interest I had. Nice quiet tranquil area. I felt right at home at Franks’ house. I highly recommend this place.
