We were originally supposed to been here two weeks before. My wife became ill three days before we were to leave and Melissa worked with us to find alternative dates. A fantastic host and very friendly. The space has everything you need and more. The town and the coast, extremely charming. Fall of the year, beautiful! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay along the coast of Michigan. You can see the water from the window and walk two streets to the beach, simply cannot say enough about the house and the area where we are staying.

Such a great place to stay. So CLEAN!! Nice hosts! Had everything we needed. Quiet location while being close to so much! I usually don’t love staying somewhere attached to the house- but this was by far the best experience we have had with a spot like this!

This was my fifth visit to Ron and Judy‘s Airbnb. As expected, the area was pristine, very clean, and had all the amenities that we needed. Ron and Judy are awesome hosts. They truly make my sister and I feel like family. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very relaxing and peaceful. It’s a short drive to visit quaint towns for shopping and enjoying the outdoors.

We stayed here for a weekend and enjoyed being so close to the city, but still able to enjoy the quiet and peacefulness of a neighborhood. We especially loved the porch! Highly recommend for both a long term or short term stay!

We loved our stay- the house is really special! Beautiful craftsmanship and clever use of space - the house feels so spacious and lots of seating indoors and out. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was provided. The kitchen is well equipped and beautifully finished. The location is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to downtown. Parking is easy and checkin instructions very clear. Communication with Elliott was always easy and he was very responsive. We look forward to another stay in the fall!

Great place to stay close to downtown Pentwater! Just a few blocks from town and an easy walk to the beach! House was clean and had everything we needed! We would definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for what we needed. It’s in a nice location that was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 10 minute drive to the dunes. The house was clean and the hot tub was a nice bonus. David was responsive and checked in to make sure we were all set during our stay. Would definitely recommend!

The wind turbines were pretty cool to see and listen to. Also at night time you can see the stars clearly, a great view to witness.

We have stayed here multiple times over the years. This is the first time I booked it vs one of the other guys booking it. We always look for this house as it has everything we need and its close to the dunes

The condo was well kept and a great location. It was extremely well stocked with everything. The host was a great communicator and made everything very easy.

Bob is a great host! This was our 3rd year staying at the Book Mark, we will be back next year for our annual fall get away!! The coffee & smoothies are fabulous, the baristas are so nice and helpful, the 10% discount on items in the bookstore is a great benefit and we try to take advantage of it each time we stay! We absolutely loved our stay at this place! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Everything was super simple with the check-in and the place was just as advertised with beautiful views of the water and the Badger. We have already asked if we could come back another time next summer! Easy walk to the lake and downtown. We loved it!

This spot was perfect for our family getaway. Minutes away from Lewis Adventure Farm and the Silver Lake Sand Dunes. The condo is beautifully furnished and well decorated. The beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in! The atmosphere is peaceful, the pond and dock are perfect for watching the sunrise or sunset. We greatly appreciated the complimentary snacks and waters. Absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!

First of all Diane was extremely friendly, and very responsive. I had a slight problem with the TV and she responded immediately and between the two of us it was quickly resolved. This place was rustic, but very charming.
