We absolutely love the house and its beautiful surroundings – it truly feels like a happy place. The house itself is very comfortable, and the location is perfect for hikes and day trips. But the real highlight is simply spending time in the garden, enjoying a glass of wine or cider while watching the sea. It’s the perfect holiday home for anyone looking to slow down, unwind, and just breathe for a while.

Ideally located on the port of Loguivy, this house is very pleasant to stay in. Its terrace is ideal for observing tidal flows and reflux, boats and wildlife. A real haven of peace. Everything is functional, super clean and very well-equipped. At 7 we had a great time in the living room or kitchen. It is a perfect base for walking along the GR34. The grocery store at Mimi's serves as a bread deposit (very good) and the bistro at Gaud's exudes good humor and authenticity. Thanks Alexia

Charming town center house in a quiet area and close to everything (bakery, market, sightseeing, sea, etc.), very clean, nicely decorated, where everything is thought of for the guest. Everything is done to have a pleasant stay (grocery store with basic products, games, books, etc.) and a lot of dishes, utensils and small appliances...not to mention a nice welcome gift. The terrace allows you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals. One of the best Airbnbs we've ever done.

We had a truly wonderful time in this charming house! The ideal location was absolutely fantastic: the beach was just a few meters walk and we could even see the water from the brand-new jacuzzi. The fact that we were the first to use it made it extra special! The house itself felt immediately comfortable. The new, cozy sofa in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, which was very convenient. We received a very warm welcome from the host's niece and father; the niece also spoke excellent English. We were pleasantly surprised with several thoughtful little touches. The house was also very clean. This is truly a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a relaxing time by the coast. We would love to come back here again!

I give it a 5+. Cottage very nice, garden ideal for my dogs, completely fenced. Camilla always responded quickly and was there when I had a problem. Everything is great! Highly recommend! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Wow, this place is magical. The interior and exterior are both beautiful. We found all of the conveniences we needed - spices, coffee, linens, etc. The beds were comfortable. We loved exploring the region and intend to come back for a longer stay, hopefully with Erwan.

We had a great time with friends. Beautiful house, clean and well-equipped, consistent with the photos. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. As for the indoor pool, it's a plus, plus, plus, especially since we had our favorite lifeguard for the aqua gym classes! A huge thank you to Karine for her warm welcome, kindness and availability. We spent wonderful days in this very special cottage! Magali and Bruno have designed the small beach house with a lot of love and clever ideas. The view from the living room and the immediate location on the beach is stunning! We also liked that the house is at the end of the village, so it is quiet, but you can walk to restaurants etc. very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Lovely house in a secluded location, just a short walk from the seaside and a lovely Oyster Bar. Supermarkets, fuel station and boulangeries all within a 5 minute drive. The swimming pool was a godsend with our 7 kids (from 3 families!) but it was a shame we were unable to pull back the cover as it seemed to be screwed down, as it can get quite hot in there in strong direct sunshine. Otherwise, a great house and spacious enough for everyone to get together or have their own space.

When I return to Perros Guirec, I will rent this super well located place again and its asset is the small private terrace

Very beautiful well-equipped house. Close to the market, the beach and the city center. The heated pool was the icing on the cake for the children.

A great weekend, slightly off season. The apartment is very functional and the small balcony that receives the sun from the beginning of the afternoon is a real plus to enjoy the superb view. We could walk from the apartment to go swimming. Valia was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout. A beautiful discovery of Pleneuf, nice restaurants and shops and very nice walks on both sides, doable without taking the car.

We had a excellent stay in a beautiful area. Lots of great walks to do. The apartment is consistent with the photos, very well equipped, very well decorated and very quiet. Laurence gives all the indications for a smooth arrival. No complaints, we'll be back with pleasure!

In short: our most beautiful and impressive Airbnb apartment to date! The great pictures of the ad give the real impression of standing in this bright, friendly, tastefully furnished apartment and having the incredible panoramic view of the sea, the coast and the many islands in front of you, not really again - in real life it's much more beautiful. In addition, the apartment is superbly equipped, the spacious kitchen and the compact but beautiful bathroom (looking at the sea through the porthole while showering is awesome) are great. We also slept very well, it is very quiet, only the sound of the sea and seagulls... As you might guess from reading, we were thrilled and will definitely come back - and this time for longer! Oh yes, the contact with the concierge team was great, totally nice, always quickly accessible and helpful... we really enjoyed the beautiful time.

Wow, what a great place to stay! We felt so comfortable with Magali and her husband. The space is absolutely immaculate. It was clean, cozy and great location. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and we could hear the sea rushing with the window open. It is only a few meters to a beautiful beach.
