Less than 10 minutes by car the fine sandy beaches of Trestrignel, Tréstraou with its restaurants, and its casino. The house is ideally placed for exploring the pink granite coast. Charming Breton house completely renovated in 2021, located in the village of Pouldouran, a small port nestled at the bottom of the Bizien estuary. The house is ideally located to enjoy the calm, the suspended terrace above the river is a plus. Many hiking trails are 2 steps from the house and you can enjoy the coast near Paimpol, Brehat Island, the Talbert furrow, Tréguier and the pink granite coast.
