Monthly Rentals in Perrysburg Township

I don’t know where to begin. I have struggles with OCD in my life, so when I say that this was home away from home, I mean that! The smell inside was amazing, and the cleanliness was spectacular. If I had questions, they would respond in a short period of time. I mean, WOW! I don’t use air bnb often, but this was the best experience I’ve ever had. This was a last minute reservation as my mother in law suddenly passed away, and I was able to arrive in town and relax right away (I drove 17 hours to be there). There was cold water in the refrigerator and super clear instructions on everything I needed to know while I stayed in their beautiful home. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. If I ever return back to the city, I will ONLY stay here. Thank you so much for the hospitality and making this tough trip so smooth and easy.

Great price for our family of 6. Loved that it had such a spacious backyard and the extra room off of the garage. It was conveniently located near downtown and the maumee river as well as lots of other shopping centers and restaurants. Nothing was more than a 10 minute drive in any given direction. Megan and Shannon were always friendly and quick to answer my questions, they were great about letting me know instructions. The house was cozy and comfortable. Very clean. Had a really good variety of cookware and kitchen items as well as nice little touches in the bathroom such as makeup wipes. I loved having access to a washer and dryer. Great stay! Will definitely be back in the future.

Nicole was an excellent host, very welcoming. The complex was clean, and spacious. Everything she offered was there. The bed was super comfortable. I highly recommend this place. If I’m ever back in Toledo I will be back!
