Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the 2nd floor of a 6-family house overlooking Leonberg. The kitchen has a cozy dining niche and is fully equipped. The beautiful old town is only 600 meters away. It is 15 km to Stuttgart city center and 24 km to the airport. Very conveniently located by car via A8 / A81 and expressway to Stuttgart. The bus stop is 1 minute away. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

I rent a cozily furnished in-law (about 50 sqm) in a quiet residential area – with separate entrance and private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), the bathroom offers a shower, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. Outside, a table, 4 chairs and a barbecue are waiting for nice hours – even if not everything is quite ready yet. TV (Astra) and Wi-Fi are included. Ideal for relaxed living with comfort.

Der Schwarzwald-Nationalpark ist nur 20 Minuten entfernt. Das Häuschen ist hochwertig ausgestattet, im Winter brennt der Pelletofen mit behaglicher Flamme, Ein Sitzplatz auf dem Winzergrundstück laden ein um ein Glas Wein bei Sonnenuntergang zu geniesen.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached modern house. Free, secure parking in the cul-de-sac. S-Bahn station and service center, Netto market with bakery, pizzeria and pharmacy is only about 150 m away. The quiet, direct forest location is an ideal starting point for jogging or for bike tours through the Hardtwald, the green lung of Karlsruhe. A lockable bicycle room can be provided on request.

The souterrain apartment has an open floor plan and is fully equipped. The open living space offers comfortable living in a quiet, convenient downtown location. Private Parking in front of the house is included.

Weekend house in the countryside near the city

You can enjoy nature without direct neighbors and are still in the residential area of Durlach after 200 m. The pedestrian zone of Durlachs can be reached in 5 minutes by car and only 12 minutes by car is Karlsruhe, the 2nd largest city in Baden-Württemberg. A wonderful place to relax and unwind!
