Stayed in 3 places in a week. This one was the best. Cozy, warm, private yard with parking spot, feels safe. Great location, not so far away from sea and Pisa center. Everything clean. Michele was very helpful and kind. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay at Matteo’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just a short walk from the train station and around 20 minutes on foot to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. There’s also convenient parking nearby which made getting around really easy. Matteo was a friendly and helpful host—would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Pisa!

It is a good neighborhood. Kimia is a good person, the hospitality is 10/10. I have not stayed too much, just 3 nights. I am really happy and I want to visit Pisa again.
