Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

Open space surrounded by nature

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

DaLuca, cozy apartment near the city center

Nice and comfortable apartment a 10-minute walk from the center of Pisa; consisting of a double bedroom, a large living room with sofa beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen and small balcony. The apartment is suitable for families, (2/4 guests) self check-in is available. The historic center, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the University and the Cisanello hospital can be reached in no time. Within walking distance are a supermarket, various services and Viale delle Piagge with free parking.

It can accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the presence of a double bed and a sofa bed. At a distance of 250m there is the Pisa Centrale train station, the Pisamover and the bus stop, and 1km from the Galileo Galilei airport. Nearby there are supermarkets, pizzerias and at 600m you can reach Corso Italia, the main street of the city.

The house is located on a high hill about 600 meters above sea level and is located within a small village. It is 1.5 km from the parking lot of the village of Metato, this last stretch is a narrow and steep path accessible with small 4WD cars, the owner can put at your disposal a Fiat Panda, to be used exclusively from the parking lot to the house.
