Our house is located in the fantastic Tuscan countryside, where you will find a cozy and spacious terraced house in a semi-detached house of about 150 square meters with large garden and porch ideal for summer dinners outdoors from which you can enjoy a wonderful view on Peccioli. Strategic location, half anhour drive from Pisa airport and Florence, 45 minutes from the sea with beach or rocks and from the major cities of art: Lucca, Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano. Volterra is 20 minutes away.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.
